I have been using Vitality and wellness for a few years now, I was suffering all the normal symptoms of menopause, hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings etc. After consulting with Greg he recommended cortisol calm, be calm and Chaste tree, Wow what a difference it has made if my life. My symptoms are now very minimal and I get a full nights sleep. I recommend anyone to give it a go, they have really worked for me.

From GP prescribed cortisone inhaler and after a few sessions, throwing puffer away altogether, to eliminating menopausal sweats the Vitality & Wellness Centre is our proven & trusted health care team.

My experience with this provider has been really disappointing: I've ordered a product that is highly perishable, and for that reason I paid extra for express shipping. The provider assures on their website that they won't ship cold" products on a Friday
