Kind, helpful, punctual and unbelievably cheap considering the services! I booked an end-of-lease clean which included a bond back guarantee. They remained easily contactable through text and were clear and genuine about the details. The staff showed up on time and were just lovely, and even helped with a non cleaning related task. Absolutely recommend, this service genuinely could not have been better.

Jess was professional, flexible and a kind soul while I was dealing with the stress of moving. This was the second time I have used J&O and both times have been amazing. They were incredible in answering my questions and even trying to accommodate my ever changing schedule, responding within the hour at times. The price is very affordable, and their work is very professional. Had no problems getting my bond back. 100% would use them again and will be recommending them to everyone !

Amazing service. I’m disabled and cleaning can be difficult. They took on my house for a vacate clean and did an excellent job. They also did the clean with short notice which was needed. I can’t recommend them enough!
