DO NOT USE!!Lead time advised at quoting was 3-4 weeks. Delivery finally turned up after 12 weeks BUT only contained door panels with not frames. Within this delivery was a damaged breezeway louvre. They advised they did not know when the next delivery was going to be and that they would also book a technician in to fix/replace the damaged part of the louvre blade. 1 week later I received another deliver (which was supposed to be the sum of the order) to which I only received 1 extra door panel. 13 weeks in and no frames. The next week (14 weeks) I received the 2 outstanding frames but 1 door panels was still missing. 2 weeks later I received the missing door panel. To date I have still yet to have the technician return to fix the damaged breezeway louvres.Communication extremely poor. No one knew what department to transfer you to and when you did get the put onto the right person they never rang you back.

We dealt with Dana through the whole process of working out what windows to get, pricing, ordering through to delivery. Her help and advice was amazing, nothing was ever a problem, our windows have just been delivered and they look amazing. We can confidently recommend Dana and Wideline Newcastle and will be using them in the future.

My partner and I walked in last weekend. No one greeted us. We waited 15mins still no hello or I’ll be with you in a moment??? The guy saw us walk in but was serving other people which I understand but it also isn’t hard to do the bare minimum and say hello! Very off putting, wouldn’t waste your time going there! Will go else where.

Original experience was good but has quickly become infuriating!Ordered replacement windows with flyscreens for entire house. Happy with quality and look. One window didn't fit and had to replace at my own expense. When I received it, there was no flyscreen. Have now been trying to order a replacement flyscreen for more than 7 months! Completely frustrating experience of being told that it will be reordered then nothing. Followed up again yesterday after an email saying it was again reordered 5 weeks ago to be told that it wasn't originally paid for. So NOT reordered as told. Happy to pay the expense to get the screen, buy not sure why I waited 5 weeks and was told after following up around a timeframe for delivery!! Really, how hard can it be to get one flyscreen?!

My sliding stacking screen doors don't stack properly, then jam when you try to open them again. Wideline admitted that it was a known fault with the doors but didn't tell me about it before I purchased them. They have been incredibly difficult to deal with and want to fix the problem by installing cheap, large, unsightly black stoppers on the doors.

As a major builder in Newcastle , Central Coast and now Sydney , the quality of the materials and products that we use is always of upmost importance . We are always looking to get the best prices too , which in turn enables us to deliver a premium product to our clients at a competitive price .Since changing to Wideline Windows approximately 15 years ago , I have always been confident that they help us in delivering this . Wideline have always been progressive in working towards new systems and product development , which is imperative for continuing growth .Where Wideline really excel however , is with their customer service . They are amongst our most organised and proactive suppliers , and it really is a pleasure to deal with them .

Recently ordered three windows & glass door from Wideline Broadmeadow, when we placed our order ,both ourselves & our builder reinterated that the openings were already made in the walls & the sizes were opening sizes & yes they would allow for their 20 mm timber reveals .We ordered & paid a fifty percent deposit for WindowsWe were then given a delivery date & had to pay the balance of the invoice.Had pre booked our builder & I myself had a day off work to fit the windows. The morning before delivery we were rung & told there had been an aluminum supply problem & they would probably be delivered on Friday at the end of that week.We still had to pay our builder & tried to get a delivery time & confirmation off WidelineThey told us to ring at 8.30 on Friday morning to get a time.Trued to ring & finally got told an am delivery. Rang Broadmeadow & was told they had another truck to get our windows to us ,which included our builder & labourer at 11 am.Our builder rang & told us the windows & door would not fit ,as Wideline hadn't undertaken what we requested over the phone & had added the reveals to the opening size that was given. They told our builder he could just take off the reveals & the windows would fit. This is so not true due to their new frame design. My wife has sent numerous emails & made phonecalls to Wideline at both Broadmeadow & Tuggerah, all we were told was that the windows were supplied to our order & we had missed an email with the size change, with no phonecall in regard to this very important change made by Wideline. We have paid our builder extra money to be on site for the original delivery date & also both him & a labourer for the second date with incorrect window & door sizes. To attempt to phone Wideline is almost 'Misson Impossible ' & then we are told to email them to call us back.To date we have had no compensation for late delivery, or wrong size windows & have been told by our builder it will take him & a labourer a day to modify the existing oppenings.More money on the customer to have them fitted.Wideline have no customer focus , both throughout the order process to the delivery fiasco .They take all of your payment prior to delivery, so the customer has nothing to hold against them .The Wideline manager told us to take Wideline to Fair Trading, what customer Focus. Please don't get caught, like us with this company, they have cost us over a thousand dollars.Find a customer focused window company that gets the customer's order correct ,without any changes & are contactable throughout the process

I placed my order through Wideline after being referred by a industry professional, I’m an owner builder so had no idea of the process, I found Wideline Broadmeadow to be professional, courteous and friendly. They accommodated my needs and my windows were delivered when I needed them. They look fantastic, very happy with the product. I would recommend Wideline to friends. Special mention to Dana who helped me through the process.

Love the design of the windows. The execution was the issue. First arrived with incorrect reveals. Went back to the factory to be replaced. Returned with the correct reveals only to have powder coating chipped off every place on the frames where the old staples had been removed. 2 frames also bent on return. Went back a second time. I think they were remade at this stage, no informed me of what was happening with them. The whole experience was made worse by the total lack of communication. Trucks arriving when I wasn't home without my knowledge for pick ups and drop offs. I was at my wits end by the process. No one from the company has bothered to ring and apologise or offer any sort of compensation. Buyer beware!!!
