City Cave Aspley

Not a very good experience. Paid online and renewed my membership updated my card details online as per their request due to previous card expiring to yet come in and find that apparently they need card details again, when processed then double charged me.Then when guided to the float tank to lay in there smelling a horrible chemical, mouldy smell.Got out my torch and found dirty tank sides and on further investigations mould and major build up along the broken seal of the tank. Smell gave me a headache and couldn’t last longer than 15 mins in the tank. When exiting the centre manager asked if I wanted to use another tank but my headache was too far gone to even move into the next one. No further cares by the team seem to be made so I just left.Very unfortunate experience as I’ve never had this issue at the other locations.

City Cave Aspley there are so many great things to share about this place. The staff are very helpful and extremely kind, and the facilities are beautiful. The float rooms at City Cave are by far my favourite I’ve found in Brisbane!

I do not wish to ever use these guys again. My partner and I have a voucher which we got for her birthday over a year ago for over a year we are trying to book our session , not one time they can give us a spot not one time they have managed to ring us back we have left tons of messages and emails only to be ignored truly poor service and absaloute waste of time I am never recommending them to anyone truly learn about customer service and customer value beacuse what's a business with out customers

Lovely place but one of their staff didn’t show up so my husband missed out on his massage. It was our first day together alone since we had our baby so was really disappointing that he missed out

CityCave Aspley is a divine place to relax and find your inner calm. Easy to locate with lots of carparks available. Welcoming team, and a private space to chill out and drink a lavender water. Was like a mini break from the chaos of life - very chilled vibe. Floating just makes you feel totally free from stress. Great that there are also other shops close by to get last minute items. Felt my well being improved in an hour! Ben the owner, has created a beautiful space! Cannot wait to go back! Thank-you CityCave Aspley.

I went into citycave Aspley last night with my daughter, the young guy working there was cleaning on his hands and knees when we first came through the door. He jumped up and was super friendly in a genuine way.I can be critical of service, so I thought I should let people know when I see great service. This kid seemed smart, hard working and genuinely polite. If I still had my business I would of hired him on the spot.

I have been to a few City Cave branches and this is one is one of the best. The staff are beautiful, the space is calm and my experience has always been a good one. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. We attend once a month. Ben is wonderful at remedial massage especially for old gymnastics injuries, and the float and sauna are a must. And whoever looks after the Facebook page and messenger are so nice, I bombard them with so many questions and they're always great at reassuring me. See you soon City Cave

I had an infrared sauna experience and it was amazing! You get your own room with a sauna and shower. The sauna is super simple to use and you can adjust the light and temperature to suit your needs. They give you towels and time to enjoy some tea in the chill out area after your session. I honestly feel rejuvenated after my session and I can't wait to book another! Didn't realise you can book a float session and sauna together to make the experience even longer. Amazing set up, I felt like it was very clean and didn't have that feeling that someone else had been in the sauna before me. I connected my phone to the bluetooth and played some relaxing music.Just amazing to settle your thoughts and calm your body.

Beautiful experience! It was so magical.My mother and I went there as a Mother’s Day gift and have both just exited feeling calm and relaxed and myself feeling a sense of relief and happiness.We were first guided to wait and watch a short video on the float rooms. I kid you not that waiting area was elite. I could sit in there for hours. There is tea and water, comfy cushions and couch, a comfy beanbag type seat, dim lighting etc. the best part is you can also relax there after your float/service. Amazing aesthetics everywhere! Everything was extra clean!I had a lovely massage, as did my mum, and I was made to feel so so comfortable and was able to chat as well as have quiet time.We then went on to do a couples float. I definitely fell asleep, which is unusual for me in an unknown setting, but this was so relaxing and there was an answer for all questions and an amazing shower set up is provided with AWESOME hair products. Earplugs are also provided on your first visited which seriously blocked out everything. Lighting and music was optional (lighting was controlled via a button by you). It was perfect and calming.It went by quickly for my mum (though she was thinking a lot) and for myself, I had been completely present for the most part (when I wasn’t sleeping lol) and so I didn’t notice the time that much, though it did feel like longer than 60 minutes.
