My partner and I broke down nearby Laurie’s shop. He was kind enough to come by during his very busy day to have a quick look at our van. Within a few minutes he was able to give us more information and advice than anyone else in the area who were all too busy to even ask what was wrong with our van. If we didn’t get towed back to Sydney we definitely would of had Laurie fix our beloved home on wheels!

My mother booked her car to have a newborn car seat installed. She waited an hour to be seen and then the car seat was inserted forward facing (all car seats must be rear facing for under 6 month olds by Australian safety guidelines). When she questioned the way the seat was facing she was told it was correct for a newborn. This cost $85!

I called up after a breakdown and they said yes they could look at my vehicle, had it towed to them and signed paperwork and gave details in the office as the tow truck unloaded. I came out as my car was fully offloaded and unwinched. The WHOLE time the owner stood watching, he then decided he did not want to fix it and said there was nothing at all he could do for me and made the tow truck fully load it up and the poor bloke had to essentially work pro bono to help me out and put me near a another mechanic. That next mechanic I got put near had it fixed the next week. DON'T USE THIS MECHANIC AS THEY DON'T LIKE TO GET A LITTLE DIRTY.

We've had the guys here work on our car a couple of times for different thinks and the service is brilliant and pricing very reasonable. Have just rung to book in for something else and even as busy as they are they are fitting us in fairly quickly to look. Can't say enough
