No Nonsense Avalon

Where do I start... I've trained with the No Nonsense team now twice a week for the past 2 years and have loved every session!Nina, Pierre and the rest of the team have worked along side with my physiotherapist and have designed a tailored program to me my physical needs. Having Cerebral Palsy means I need to work with people that understand my body and know which direction to push me in to achieve the best results.Nothings too much effort for them and after working together for two years we have built a great relationship also.I would highly recommend the No Nonsense team!

I love training with the team from No Nonsense! They are hard to beat when it comes to technique. The small outdoor group training is a great vibe - you always feel comfortable, they're super positive and welcoming. It's a very intuitive and supportive training experience.

2 nd time for treatment with Pierre, complained about breathing woes, to which he proceeded with cracking every bone I had and some I didn’t even know I owned, on my back/rib area. He applied suction cup voodoo and finished with beating my back like a drum. Not gonna lie, dizzy getting up, back was sore for 3 days and coughed up things that don’t belong to this world. But my air ways are now open and I breathe full chest, this guy’s a wizard

No Nonsense is the best start to any day. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and personable.Everyone is made to feel welcome and apart of the NN family. They have created such a wonderful community spirit and it is the highlight of my day. I feel supported and challenged when needed. The trainers know exactly when to push and when to back off. It is like personal training but with your best friends. No Nonsense is my happy place! I literally bounce out of bed each morning to get to training.Alongside the most amazing training, is Pierre’s injury clinic. As a ex professional ballerina I have seen thousands of Physio’s and doctors to help with my injuries over the years. I have never met anyone like Pierre who just “gets it” I am literally pain free in my claves and Achilles and it’s all due to his diligence and expertise with the body. Whenever I feel something not right in my body, Pierre is there to help. I am so grateful to have these people in my life. I am living my best life thanks to Nina Pierre and the No Nonsense team!

Took the opportunity for a PT in lockdown and it was the best! Tailored to my specific needs, focused on my fitness and sporting goals. I’m already a big fan of the outdoor classes and had a great experience with Pierre managing my back injury. I’m back on the bike riding stronger than ever! Thank you so much.
