pretty cool store with cool stuff that a cool store would have people are cool and the air is pretty cool but I wouldn't say its on the nicer side of cool its more of a warm cool. I got my makeup done here and I can say I look like a pretty cool minion from despicable me!

amazing customer service! i ordered something last minute and i emailed them to ask if they could ship it out quickly so it would get in here time and they were so sweet and helpful with it. answering super fast and shipped it out su quickly! will 100% be ordering from here again

Amazing service from online ordering, having ordered a few times now. There was an issue with the website that resulted in my ordering something that was out of stock on one occasion but they contacted me immediately and without prompting offered either a refund or replacement. Dispatch has always been speedy and I can't fault them in the least.

Visited here with my daughter, to see what stock they had of her SFX make-up. Staff were very helpful and showed us their range of products. We left there with a large bag full. Would definitely recommend them.

I love coming to this place as it’s my go to for sfx and other makeup products. I park in Broadway shopping centre and walk out to Scottys which is around the corner. The staff is always friendly and helpful

The online staff at Scotty's have been nothing short of amazing after delivery issues with my parcel. I've had experiences in the past where once the parcel is with the courier, the retailer washes their hands of any responsibility - but Scotty's team has done everything to ensure that I get the items I ordered. 100% would recommend! I've been going her for over 10 years for my professional makeup needs.Staff have always been friendly, helpful, and provided excellent MU recommendations.I recently recieved excellent customer service from Greer who managed to source a proesthetic nose for me at the last moment, and Lauren who went above and beyond to be helpful and personable.
