Being stuck in a hot caravan in Broome is not pleasant. One phone call and he arrived about 30 minutes later. Discovered a potentially dangerous short and fixed it and rectified problems left by the last repairer. We are very grateful. Many thanks.

Massive thank you to Andrew and the team. At the start of a 5 week trip across the Gibb our Dometic packed in on the drive up from Perth full of meals for the entire trip. Got to Broome just before 4 on Friday avo and Andrew said he'd do what he could as we were leaving Monday morning. Rang Monday at 9AM and he'd already fixed it and was putting it back together, when we got there he showed us exactly what the issue was and he even sorted it as a warranty job. Really appreciate your help Andrew, your service was above and beyond. Fridge ran a dream for the rest of the trip as well!

You know when you call a repair person, and you get that don’t care answer. Well that is what I got. I took the rinse about what arrangements were made to look at our caravan air conditioner. But how wrong was I, first thing the next morning the phone rang and it was Andrew telling me he would have someone out between 12.00 and 2.00. Well that is what happened. Two really lovely young men came and repaired our air. con. Unit. Thank you. and thank you for proving me wrong. You will be recommended to everyone we meet on our trip.
