I ordered a guitar stand (as a gift) on february 26th which I paid for but have not received.I've sent several emails (gmail & via your webpage contact us) looking for an update but have had no response. There is no contact number for me to follow up further.I don't like to give negative reviews but I have no other way to get in touch. I'm extremely unimpressed with your service and would therefore like a refund. I would appreciate it if you would contact me.
