Zero customer service and incredibly disappointing. I called to confirm the other day of stock and when my rug that I purchased online would be delivered. Then almost a week after paying for my rug, receive an automated email saying my purchase has been refunded because of lack of stock (the day before I was told on the phone it would be delivered!).In addition to this, no one bothered emailing me back or answering your online chat on previous days. Useless customer service. Definitely won’t be recommending you or using your website or business again.

Called in today to have a look at Rugs, as had no idea what I wanted. Spoke with Tino who was very obliging from the time I walked in. NO pushy sales pitch here, and Tino was unbelievably helpful. Good range and great prices. Highly recommended

I just had the best customer service experience from Trend Rugs, great range of rugs to suit all styles, the service was fantastic, very patient and knowledgeable. I placed the order of the rug size I required, I was contacted and advised rug is ready for collection, when I called to advise I will try to collect as I am going away, the owner offered to deliver to my home the same day and it gets even better, they installed for me made sure I was happy before leaving... I was very impressed with the level of service & going the extra mile. I will be back! and thank you for an amazing experience.
