I had a large dry cleaning order of 6 items including a wool winter coat. When I collected the items and was putting them away at home, I noted the sash belt for my coat was not returned. After checking all possible options at home /in car/ in car park outside dry cleaner, I contacted the dry cleaner to ask if they could please check to see if it was left behind (which was not an issue. Accidents happen.) I was informed it was returned and that it was my fault it was missing. No efforts were made to assist me, and no acknowledgement was made that an error may have happened in their process. They were rude, arrogant and not customer focussed in any way. A more assistive approach would have appeased me, but shifting blame to me when I know I was not at fault is intolerable. They have lost my business, and I now happily share my negative experience with all locals I speak to. I would strongly discourage you from using this service.

Disappointed this morning that my blazer wasn't ready when a whole week was given for a routine dry clean

Paid $35 for them to ruin a $320 dress by leaving irreparable chemical stains all over it. Refused to accept responsibility by saying the stains must have been on the dress before it was dropped off for dry cleaning. However, the dress was purchased brand new and worn once, the man laid the dress on the table in front of us before it was dry cleaned and there were no such stains. They are dishonest and don’t know what they’re doing!!

Have been going here for some time now. Can't say they are the cheapest compared to city prices but what has really compelled me to write this review is that if you post operating hours then STICK to them. The last 3 times I have been there they have shut up shop 1/2 hour early. NOT good if you need your suit back for a wedding that night. Thanks for nothing!

Gave them a suit to dry clean. Only to receive it damaged! Old mate blamed the manufacturer of the suit. I got it dry cleaned before with a different mob and it came out fine. Only went there because it was close to home. Never going back. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Should of seen the reviews before!! BEWARE!

Never going back! They ruined my pillow and now have to fork out money for a new one. If they were not up to the job they should say rather than being money hungry. Not impressed.
