Scientific are absolutely amazing!! I honestly can’t quite believe the incredible level of service they provided in repairing an incident with our almost-new car. Just a seamless experience from start to finish, with work done to the highest of standards, and a surprisingly quick turnaround. My car repair case was taken care by Renee at Scientific Body Works, I hope her managers sees this as she was being very helpful, nice, friendly, kind ....from the start, understands my concerns and also my urgent situation, she took her own proactive initiatives and prioritised my car repair for me and I'm really very much appreciated on her actions for me in helping me out on my situation and being understanding, she speeded up the parts delivery and also repair time for so that I could get my car back on time once I landed Sydney which this service is superb, she deserves a full 5 star from me (actually would give it a 10 stars if there is :) a true precious asset to the Scientific Body Works! Thank you Renee!! The updates of the progress of the repair were also consistent via sms! I extremely highly recommend.

Excellent. My car is looking as new again.The communication between the Ultimo location where the car was dropped off and Matraville, where the car was fixed, could be a lot better. Excellent smash repair. I'll use them again, but only if going through an insurance claim as they are a bit pricey
