Reliance Flooring Xtra

My insurance company chose Flooring Xtra and the job was allocated to Mike at Camberwell.It has taken almost 12 months to have the carpets in my small 2 bedroom apartment replaced. Whilst not every problem was Flooring Xtras error, they failed to take any responsibility for what was in their control. I dealt with the owner Mike who was abrasive, condescending and patronising. It was difficult to get a return phone call and on a number of occasions he would lie to me on the phone, saying I would receive an email the next morning or a call, only for me to be chasing them again in 2 weeks never having received the call or email. I Do Not Recommend this company

Incredibly hard to find good, reliable and trustworthy flooring professionals these days but Reliance Flooring Xtra Hawthorn and the owner Mike are all of the above and more. Excellent customer service, meticulous planning and a superior finish that is unrivalled.Have used Michael and the team at Reliance on several high-end projects and have been impressed each and every time. Don't waste your time and money with other sub-par stores. Highly recommend!

We had an unfortunate leak which ruined our carpet so we decided to replace everything and upgrade. Reliance Flooring Xtra have been fabulous to deal with, they made it a great experience and have been so helpful from the very start right through to installation. They certainly know their stuff, the new carpet is just stunning and has really refreshed our home. Just absolute wonderful service that can’t be faulted. Highly recommend them to all!

Mike and his team helped us with carpet install in our renovation and it was such a positive experience! Friendly professional and really reliable! We were stocked by the choices and the service.
