Given going to the dentist would rank as one of the the most dreaded health check-ups in human history, Pacific Smiles Doncaster East was easy to book and locate.First time client looking for a new dentist and Dr. Vivienne Chan was absolutely great.

Great office located in the pines shopping centre. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Dr M Chung is very nice and professional, we had a fantastic experience with my little girl's dental check up. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional dental care!

I had Dr Maya helping me with cleaning and a few decays. She has been amazing. My experience with the receptionist was great as well as she helped me to get my records transferred from another Dental practice to here. Overall, very good experience

Disgrace of lying. I brought my kids there to check, before that, the receptionist asked for my medicare card to check for child dental benefits. After she took my card and worked for a while, I asked her How is the balance in there

Visited the clinic for the first time with my children. The dentist was very gentle and thorough. Very please and will be my regular dentist now. Thanks for a great experience.

We brought our 14 year old son with a disability For emergency treatment. My son was in a lot of pain, screaming and thrashing about as he is non verbal. We asked for something stronger than nurofen and the dentist would not help us and tried to palm us off to the chemist. I understand there are legislations that must be upheld, but we went to another dentist who prescribes us codeine to get through a very difficult night.

Really great dentists who I felt comfortable with and I could trust. Thank you!

I wish I could give negative stars.MAIN MESSAGE: Rita the Rude Receptionist (RRR) was super rude and spat in the face of Australian customer interaction standards.As an existing patient, I have never met Rita but she called me as I was late and I explained there had been a tree fall on Doncaster road, causing extreme delays. She said see you soon on the phone and then turned me away as soon as I walked in, and said I should come back the next day. Dr Maya the dentist took me in regardless (I'm very grateful for that). Then Rita barged in mid-appointment and said the new patients are in and at the end spoke to me again, really rudely. I was in tears for half an hour after as I had never been spoken to in such a manner. She said I have cancelled before and implied that she did not care to have me as a patient.My father tried to call and asked the number of times I had cancelled prior to today and she could not quantify or give reasons even when looking at her screen. There are genuine reasons for cancellation to dentist appointments when work, school and COVID-19 (in the past) are commitments that need abiding to. Rita kept hanging up when we tried to call to ask for feedback forms or online services, she refused to listen to us and hung up every time. There is no online support centre phone number that is a working or a connectable phone.I had written a review last time I had a bad experience but did not post it but this time has been horrifying.
