Car Roof Lining Repairs

I received a quote for $290 than after agreeing to that price and giving them my details they went ahead and made it $320?? I booked 2 weeks in advance and they messaged me the day before to cancel. They didn't get back to me for a rebooking and after 2 weeks I messaged for a rebook which they kept changing the date. Decided to go for another brand that's slightly more expensive but I know they won't play me around like this company did.

I booked a upholstery repair and was told it would be a couple weeks. Then got told the technician was sick and had to push back another month. Then 3 days before the booking I get told he still isn't available le and no one else could do the job. Wasted nearly 2 months when they could have told me much sooner so I could arrange another co pay that can do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it.

Terrible customer service from this company. Booked job over 2 weeks ago for Saturday the 27th. Received text message Thursday cancelling booking. Then received a text Friday to confirm Saturday booking from what I gather was head office. I also received a text from the technician Friday confirming time etc. Saturday morning comes around, get a phone call cancelling the booking again. Can’t comment on the quality of their work but hopefully it’s nothing like their customer service. Will not be rebooking with them.

Booked a roof liner repair over a month ago.Called them on the day to see what was happening and they say “He was a close contact of Covid”. Then following this they said “he only works on weekends”. My appointment was booked more than a month in advance on a Thursday….. not a Saturday or Sunday.They then told me that the 1 repair person who services all of Victoria likes to pick and choose his jobs and he can cancel them at a moments notice.Honestly one of the least professional companies I have ever dealt with. No communication skills whatsoever and a pathetic worker who clearly only wants to work when it suits him.Avoid this company like the plague.

James did a fantastic job replacing the foam and fabric of the roof liner of my Audi A4. Looks like new! Very pleased with the result. Highly recommended. I’m in Pyrmont, FYI

Absolute joke. Booked the job got confirmation . While I'm waiting for the technician they call and tell me he has cancelled because of rain. There is nothing on the radar. I called them and thy told me he cancelled because of covid yet they took my booking anyway. Do not use.

All seemed fine to start with. Prompt replies to email, good price so I booked in. First, they cancelled me the day before, smsing 'technician can't work tomorrow' and moved me forward one day to a Saturday. I rearranged my weekend to accommodate and was given a window of 9am -12pm. At 11am, they sms to say the technician is 'unwell' and can book me for two weeks time. Very unprofessional and seems to be a common theme. Don't waste your time like I did. They don't even 1 star

I contacted them on Monday via Facebook and promptly received a reply, they booked me in for the Wednesday the same week. Received confirmation on Tuesday and the tech called Wednesday to say he was on the way.Total time from contacting them to having the job completed was less than 3 days.Highly recommend them, job was done fast and I am very happy with the work, car looks like new again.My Job was completed by Repair Bull Norwest" I can't comment on the work of other technicians but Norwest was great."

RUN AWAY! These guys are hopeless! I was booked in for a lining repair at least a month out and they cancelled ON THE DAY 3 TIMES IN A ROW and for a different reason each time (Technician waiting for his covid test, sick, got covid...)! Don't bother and use any other company! It makes me feel sick to give them 1 star!

Total waste of time. Cancelled on me twice, first time without explanation and gave me a booking a week later. Second time by text during the scheduled time, because of the weather" - it was perfectly dry here all morning and into the afternoon. Then wanted to reschedule for a week and a half later. I lost a full day earning because of this. After that I cancelled them
