I contacted this salon a while ago to check if they have facilities to wax my back/eyebrows - they advised we don't do male grooming" which I felt was fair enough. However

I visited a few years ago after making a last minute appointment where she was able to fit me in to her schedule. After reading her reviews I was excited to possibly have her as a regular beautician who is also local to myself. Yet the experience was quite the contrary. I was late by no more than 5 minutes and incredibly apologetic as I had to leave my daughter who I was breastfeeding at the time. She seemed obviously annoyed with me and as a result rushed through waxing my legs fast and with abrasive movements where hairs were left behind which my husband had noticed.She also left me completely uncovered not offering a towel for privacy or comfort. It doesn't matter whether she sees one body and sees them all, it's respectful to have at least offered a towel.I don't know if Danielle typically gets stressed when running late or was having a difficult day but I did not intend to do this to her and I felt so guilty for making her run behind time. I recall at the time she didn't have her son as we spoke about kids but maybe now she would understand the complexities of getting out and about with the responsibilities of young children, working and how hard it is to get places on time no matter how hard you try.I know I should have said something at the time but I was so disappointed at the whole experience that I couldn't wait for it to be over. I read all of these great reviews yet had none of these experiences.

Great small studio with great prices and good customer service

Danielle is a true professional. Despite being very busy she can align her time to fit with my busy schedule. She has always been on time. Today I was early and she acknowledge me by my name and said she would be ready for me soon. And, she was. Thank you Danielle.

Ive been a regular client of Danielles beauty salon for 10 years now and had all services from nails, waxing and lash extensions. I strongly disagree with below review and its unusual its a review from an experience years ago, I would highly recommended the salon. The girls are always very lovely and welcoming. It has a very comfortable feel about it.

I don't pamper myself often but when I do, Danielle's is my go to.I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame and Danielle and Sharon are always so fun and accommodating.I don't know how Sharon does it, but my SNS nails always last me about 3 weeks when she does them.Thank you ladies for making me feel like a friend as well as a valued client.
