Crystal is incredibly knowledgable when it comes to hair and especially colouring. She is the first hair dresser I have ever been to who wanted to know all the products I'm using to understand my hair health and would chat through everything in depth to ensure confidence in the process. She nailed my colour and understood exactly what I wanted. It was my first time seeing Crystal and I can confidently I won't be going anywhere else!! Highly recommend!!

Crystal is an absolute gem of a hair stylist! She asks so many questions and actually listens to how you treat your hair, realistically are going to use products or style your hair. Also was super honest about feedback after I was considering going lighter etc and that not being the best option for my hair.She nailed the colour I wanted and is just an all round amazing human to spend a few hours with at the hairdresser!

I moved to Melbourne a few years ago from Sydney and was recommended to Crys by my Sydney hairdresser of 25 years. I have red hair and i was very nervous changing colourists as getting the shade and tone just right has been a challenge. Crys immediately understood what I was looking for. She went to great lengths to fully understand my hair. She was so thorough and she absolutely nailed it first time. Now 3 years later she is not only my hair saviour but a great friend. Her effervescence, her infectious laugh and sense of humour makes every visit such a delight. She’s amazing and I would highly recommend her especially for complex colour needs.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon! Crystal is so knowledgeable and really took the time at the beginning of the appointment to talk about what I wanted done as well as the health and history of my hair and everything in between! She asked lots of questions, and totally made me feel like I was in the best hands! I was so happy with the end result and the colour has lasted so well, still the same as when I walked out. Crys is obviously so passionate as well and really talked me through each step of what she was doing and answering all my questions! Can’t recommend enough!

Crystal is honestly the only hair dresser that I trust with colouring my hair. I am so glad that my friend recommended her to me two years ago. I always leave the salon loving my hair, but also really happy because she is genuinely a joy to be around and so fun to talk to. She always shows reference photos and provides a quote at the start of the service so there is no surprises, as well as educates about products and different techniques to use at home to maintain healthy hair.

Crystal is an amazing colourist and always hits the brief with my hair colour. I’ve had so many compliments since she did my colour again. I love visiting her in the salon too, it’s a lush and comfortable space & she makes it very easy to work from her space if you need to❤️
