Would of given them a zero star rating if it let me! Terrible terrible, sold me something that was assured wasn't broken, but was! Tried calling multiple times no reply! Went in there, that was a waste of time too! Avoid like the plague!

This shop deals with short term loans and takes advantage of the most vulnerable people in the community: People who have mental illness and mental disabilities. They charge exorbitant interest on their loans.

Selling second hand equipment above brand new prices. Owner insulted a young black kid several times for not opening the door for him despite not asking. Go to cashies instead.Update:Erna. You've been the owner since 2018. This happened under your watch. Also seeing that in the past 24 hours you left a response under another review calling them an ice addict doesn't really leave a lot of confidence that things are different. You should probably look up defamation when publishing statements about folks on the internet.

Rude customer service on the phone from the lady that answered. I just asked simple questions about selling a bluetooth speaker then she quickly hung up on me. Ended up selling at Cash City on mulgrave road and they were way better. Thumbs down to the lady that works at NQ Pawn Stars. You have an attitude problem.

Items are not cheap here at all. Seems like its hard for them to give your money back for the item you bought from the shop. I dont recommend this place. Unhappy customer.

I've been a good customer at this store for over two years, the customer service has gotten progressively worse. I went in earlier this week and recieved the rudest and worst customer service I have had since I've been in Cairns. I will not be returning to this store.This was on Thursday 22/4/2021

Spent a considerable amount of money on a sound system that was great quality and at a great price, I didn’t realise until I got home and later did some more research that it wasn’t the right system for what I required. I was refunded the money straight away no problems at all. Very happy with the service and selection of goods. Highly recommended

One male staff member who approached me seemed nice enough, but the shop appears to be full of junk at insane prices. I hope they will do okay!
