This place is great. Unfortunately I've had to take my car here twice this year :) The customer service is excellent. All the staff I've dealt with have been really helpful and professional. They make it all seem like its going to be easy, which is wonderful when you are stressed. Also my car looked perfect, better than before the accidents both times, what more can you ask for :)

I moved to Napier this year when my mother got sick. I had been living in Queensland for 30 years. Unfortunately she passed away in September and then I was involved in an accident. Thank you to the Manager, Receptionist and person(s) involved in fixing my vanette. Much appreciated :)

Left my wife in tears after picking up her car. Tried to contact them afterwards about parts that were supposed to be replaced and fixed and they washed their hands of it. We dealt with 2 receptionist and a Middle Ages man and they were incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. They made no effort to comfort her or educate her throughout the process and belittled her when she would point out her issues with the service. They had poor communication and blamed everything on the insurance company.

The receptionist lady was nice. But that mid-aged guy was just rude and terrible. He refused to fix the oxidation on my beautiful sport car. His attitude sucks, perhaps I'm ethnically Asian and driving a Japanese sport car, that's why he despised me and my car.I'm not here to defame anyone's reputation but how could he talked to any customer like that. Basically he said to me just don't look at your car if you can't spend 5 gran to fix the oxidation, just drive it and don't look at it. But I think people would rather look at my car than him.
