Usual good variety of food items.Good range of both hot drinks like tea & coffee as well as cold drinks.Toilets but sometimes not clean.Quick service.Discount for seniors.Seating both inside and outside.Newspapers available to readComfortable lounges as well as regular chairs and tables. Also Bench seating.Lots of parking out front.Community noticeboard.A number of Motorcycle clubs leave for their rides from there.Another club The Coffs Harbour Rebels use Gloria Jean's now as a ride start venue for their ever growing numbers

Stopped for breakfast at 5:30am. Very friendly and efficient staff.Enjoyed taking a break from driving while sitting in a lounge chair.Food was served quickly and tasted great.Coffee is good.

They really need to do something about the toilet they never have hand wash in them every time I've been in there, the hand dryer has never worked and no paper towels to dry your hands it's been like this for years now. It's very poor hygiene.

The long black was fine. Took only two sips of the soy latte. Sadly it is burnt and not drinkable. Not recommended if you drink alternative milk.

with all my work colleagues went in and order a coffee. I am the first one ordered and after 7 people received their orders. Mine wasnt ready and i asked about it 2 times. Is it because i am the only asian in the group? What racist coffee Lol.

We sat Inside because it was very hot outside but the music was too loud and 3 of the 4 girls working were laughing and talking louder then the music. 4th girl was working.
