What a majestic and warming experience, right from the moment I walked into the studio.Juz is so wonderful, it was truly a gift beyond my imagination to have Juz do my locs, not a hair was pulled to tight and there was no lack of conversation, I could not have shared this journey to locs with anyone better. It's been a week and a day and my locs are settling in so good, I've not had a moment of discomfort.I am endlessly greatful to Juz, she is a very talented, creative and inspiring woman.If you are lucky enough to find yourself under her crochet hook, you are in such good hands and will undoubtedly love the end result..THANK YOU JUZ!!!

Today I met the wonderful Juz at Salties and I'm never going anywhere else. Juz managed to rescue my dreads and add some Woolen hand made beauties. She is straight up and honest and I felt so comfortable in her space.I really wish I had met her first as I've had some disappointing experiences with my dread journey so far.If you're after beautiful natural dreads or delicious Woolen crocheted in dreads then Juz is the person to go to.Thank you so much xx

After years of wanting dreadlocks and not knowing how to go about it I found Juz at Salties a number of years ago. Juz is amazing, warm, creative and very welcoming. Provides a very comfortable environment. Extremely gentle and highly talented at her work! I highly recommend going see Juz at Salties if you are considering locks wether it’s one lock or a full head, you will not regret it!

It's been just over a month since the lovely Juz and her crew installed my new look. I wanted to take the month before I posted to get to know my beautiful new 'girls' (Locks/dreads). The detail Juz put into the creation of each and everyone was just beautiful and heart warming. They are true art! Her application to put them in showed me she really did understand hair, scalps and the interplay between locks/dreads and scalp care. I do not have a great deal of hair having lost it due to medical things - but this did not deter her for one moment. The care she and her crew took placing them to compliment my head shape, and the layering was very well considered. After a month with my 'girls' I am completely satisfied on all fronts with my new look, and the terrific service I received from Salties crew. I will be using Juz and her crew for maintenance despite the 8 hour round drive - well worth it. Highly recommend to anyone considering locks/dreads both from an extension and scratch capacity.
