Was very happy/impressed with the service! Andrew was able to source parts & come within hours of my call, & completed the job very quickly & easily. Andrew was friendly, professional & helpful. Very happy with the new lock/latches on my security door. And he could cut keys in his van!

Andrew saved us from quite a pickle. We had an antique display cabinet with a lock that we couldn’t unlock. He got it open so we didn’t have to break the glass (& most likely damage the objects inside accidentally). Super grateful & relieved! Highly recommended. Thank you!

Andrew was fantastic. Andrew arrived on time and changed every barrel in our house. Unfortunately we were the victims of a break-in and Andrew understood our situation. He arrived after hours and stayed until late in the evening to complete our home. Andrew made minimal disturbance and was a pleasure to deal with. As he was on his way out he also helped me unlock my vehicle to remove the garage and gate access fobs. He also helped me disable my vehicle as I was getting my keys back 24 hours later (the thieves were apprehended). Absolutely would recommend On-site Master locksmiths to anyone. Great work.

Andrew was very quick to attend our new home and fix the lock that our dodgy builder slapped on our front door with a blind fold on. We were about to move in with all our furniture only to find the key wouldn't open the door. Andrew drilled a new hole into the frame and greased the lock so it opens effortlessly. Highly recommend!

It's in the business name, and it's true... Andrew is a genuine Master Locksmith! I recently completed the build of a luxury home in Burleigh. In line with the full Control4 home automation system installation and some issues with electric strikes in door mullions (and some lost keys) we had some complex locking systems to deal with.Wow! He just had the right answer and the right experience to just sort everything quickly without any hassle! HIGHLY recommend Andrew for ANY locking requirements!
