Ordered via drive thru. Staff spoke professionally thru the speaker and at the window. Staff were quick to point out deals based on what I had ordered, saving me from overpaying.Donuts and drinks were prepared fresh and fast. Packaging was clean.

I cannot encourage you enough to avoid and boycott this place. Their practice is just unAustralian. I can’t explain the extent to which I am disappointed with this place. They do not accept the legal tender (cash) of the country they’re in, the donuts aren’t actually that great and they are waaaaaaaay overpriced for what you get.Not accepting cash is the biggest crime though. I work hard for my money and by making me pay by card only means that for every dollar I spend incurs additional fees so it’s fraudulent and unethical.

Krispy Kreme Redbank Plains
I tasted the bagel sandwiches the other day and they were pretty good but not as good as all the doughnuts they have. Milkshakes and thick shakes could be better. The guy that served me here when I first walked into the place and ordered a bagel made me feel rushed and just wanted me to order and get out of his way. This guy needs to smile more.

Donuts are always amazing. Fast service of the click and collect donuts ordered on the 12 for $12 day. Had to buy a couple extras. Girls were lovely and friendly and welcomed into the store with a smile. Thank you.

Great service. However. The Doughnuts are clearly not worth the huge price. Now I see why no one was there. The store looks great, but the doughnuts really failed to live to the hype and freshness of them is questionable.

I get come regularly through here in the morning and the drive through is always really quick with delicious coffee. Shout out to Pedro and Maria whose service is elite and always leave me and my passenger pup Lenny with big happy vibes to start our day. As a former manager in hospitality these two team members really stand out and shine to me! Thanks a lot guys, see you tomorrow!

Krispy Kreme Redbank Plains
When Krispy Kreme doughnuts first came to Australia, they were great. Slowly, over time, they have introduced cheaper and more inferior quality ingredients. Now they're a long way off from the delicious doughnuts they once were. There are far better quality doughnuts around these days for the same price. Krispy Kreme need to pick up their game. I won't be going back here for a while unfortunately.

Krispy Kreme at Redbank Plains is the best place to go and get your fix off donuts. Absolutely awesome customer service, both women were very pleasant to talk too. The store was very clean and organised with plenty of donuts to choose from. They were able to give me the 24 donuts that my daughter needed for the youngest ones birthday so he could give one to all of his classmates at school. They have a huge eating area out front so you can take a seat and enjoy your donuts there. Parking right at the door, easy access. I really liked my Krispy Kreme experience at Redbank Plains and would absolutely go back.
