Little cupcakes has been part of all our celebrations - big or small occasions since years. The quality and taste has been consistent. They have options for dietary requirements like vegan and gluten free, we no compromise on taste. We've ordered custom cake few times. It was simply amazing, making our celebration greater indeed. Highly recommend them.

This cupcake store is a hidden gem! Their cupcakes are incredibly delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service. A must-visit for anyone craving delectable treats. Highly recommended!

I ordered cupcakes two days ago for delivery today between 8am-6pm. It is currently 7:26pm and NO CUPCAKES. I even called earlier today at 2pm to check if everything is on track and the girl on the phone assured me it will arrive today. Don't buy from here. What an upsetting experience.UPDATE: It is now 2 days later (27 Jan 2023) and no one has responded to my email or calls. I just tried to call them and no one picked up the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Ordered a custom large cake and some custom cupcakes, the picture was good, and the cupcakes were all consistent. However, the cupcakes were very dry, and the large cake (a red velvet) was also dry, visibly overcooked at the edges, and some guests could strongly taste the bitterness of (we assume) the red food colouring.Overall - fine, safe if you're in a jam or just want cake, but not the best.

*Edit to address the company's erroneous response to my review. 1. They have since refunded the delivery fee only, not the $90 for the damaged, late cupcakes as their reply below implies (their dishonestly continues)2. The man who finally dropped off the cupcakes in the evening also noticed they were damaged when I opened the lid. I said I would follow up with him on Monday for a refund, he said that was fine and so I did not think to photograph them. He left them with me and we have since disposed of them as they were dried out anyway.I am not normally the kind of person to get so angry but really, this business is appalling...Avoid this dishonest, disgraceful business. We ordered 12 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and paid an extra $25 for delivery before the party started. They did not arrive and it turns out there is no way of contacting anyone at the business on weekends (phone goes to voicemail, emails not answered) so we were left in the lurch. After the party the cupcakes finally turned up at 7pm, all broken. The company has since refused to refund our money and will not accept responsibility for the late and broken cakes. On top of that, they were dismissive and rude. So shop elsewhere - with such terrible customer service they do not deserve your money.

Never fails with the amazing birthday cakes and mini cup cakes. Hard to choose but my favourite being raspberry white chocolate or carrot. We have been customers for the past few years and the taste hasn’t changed.

I have been going here for more than a decade and can vouch their amazing taste and top quality hasn’t changed a bit! What has changed over the years is their customer service has gotten only better! Every customised cake I have ordered was just a stunner! Their cupcakes just melt in the mouth and once you love little cupcakes you can’t like any others! And my kids love these quality cupcakes, Lindt chocolate cupcakes for this price, you bet won’t get anywhere! So a win win for the family budget! Go try with friends and family, mine have been ordering regularly with them…their management is very responsible, professional and will go an extra mile to make their customers happy.
