MPSR Marrickville

MPSR Mike was fantastic, I will not go through budget direct again but would certainly get repair done here. He went above and beyond for me. Getting the parts in quickly and doing repair while I wait. It wasn’t a huge repair just bumper and a couple other parts but he blew all the wait times out that budget advised and did for me so efficiently and was friendly, knew what he was talking about and no rip off. I had never had to have repairs before on my car and he did a great job. Thanks Mike and crew.

From start to finish, Macus provided excellent service. He was professional, easy to deal with & knowledgeable. End result of the vehicle was excellent, definitely quality of workmanship. Thank you Macus mate & thank you MPSR Marrickville.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not ever take your car there, it is the biggest rip-off. Insurance sent my car there after a small accident and I got the car back with damage that wasn’t there before. When I told Mike, an arrogant and ignorant man that the 2 sides he fixed weren’t even, he denied everything and said that the damage was already there.I know 100% it wasn’t there already, I talked to the assessor from the insurance and he told them to fix it which took another day. When I went back to pick up NOTHING was touched. One of the employees was standing next to me and try to convince me that they spent 4-5 hrs trying to fix everything.They are trying to rip people off and the insurance with a quick dodge job.I’m definitely taking this further.It was a simple spray and paint job, nothing was done properly, I can’t even open the bonnet up anymore.I know he was rude not only to me, I watched him yell at a poor old lady after me. He thinks he is smart and everyone else is wrong .Excuse for everything for lady next to me and I’m guessing for more customers there is “the car was damaged before “ I guess most cars in Sydney been damaged before .Sure chip excuse to ged rid off you .Prepay extra 100$ to choose your own insurer will be cheaper for you then deal with these arrogant people.”!

Repairs are good but customer service and length of time to get in for a repair notGood. I was told there were 400 vehicles being repaired and had a 2 month wait afterAssessment. I was told parts would be ordered and ready but they weren’t. My repair was to take 5 days. After a week I had to constantly call every day to get an update. No proactive information for the customer. When it was finally ready and I got it home they had unhelpfully left a very large damaged wheel trim in my boot and someone else’s docket with their personal details on my front seat.

Unbelievable people. I left my car to repair after I had a car accident. They repaired it and now I have my car back. But one of my car's wheel covers was missing and the thermostat gauge is not working. My mechanic found out that two electrical cables for the thermostat were slightly cut out and caused the problem. My car is very old but the mechanics have done a lot of work on it and it is a very reliable car. And I also noticed that 4 brand new bolts out of 6 bolts were replaced with rusted old ones. Why do you jealous of my car? If you want to have a reliable car then go to a mechanic and spend money on it. Terrible experience..Will never leave my car again with this kind of terrible service.

The service was awesome and the staff were very professional and answered all my questions. Communication was excellent from the first contact to completion of my repairs. I was always kept informed. I was very impressed with the service provided and the panel work was completed to a high standard. The promises are clean and well organised. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After someone swiped the front left of my car and didn't leave a note, I knew I would be heading back to MPSR at Marrickville for body repairs.This company did a great job the first time around (yes a 2nd visit for the same thing) and the second time was just as good if not better. Communication was great and the workmanship made my car look brand new. Can very much recommend MPSR.

Brilliant, friendly service by Johnny and team at a very reasonable price. I needed rear end collision damage fixed urgently. Other smash repairers couldn’t meet my deadline. MPSR did a perfect job and returned it to me, like new, 27 hours later.

Super fast and professional service. Was told repairs could take up to 8 days, repairs were completed in two days! So easy to pick up and drop off!

Met Peter, George and Jabber when I went to pick up my car. They were absolutely brilliant and I can't put it in words to explain their selflessness and willingness to solve problems and provide help. MPSR is lucky to have these guys.
