Extremely upset waited a long time for a appointment only to have them ring and cancel the appointment and have to wait until June for a rescheduled appointment wouldn’t worry if it was just a check up in pain with half a tooth !!

Pretty good dentists. Convenient. Always had good experiences here. Went recently for the first time since Covid started and was very with the treatment and service.

The girls at pacific smiles dental are all so well mannered, and a pleasure to have a conversation with. The receptionist, no matter who it is will always let you know if there is a waiting time, offer for you to go for a walk etc.The center itself is always so neat and set out so organised and of course the center is always so clean.The dentists' always make me and my family feel so welcomed, the dentist is not a very happy place to come too, and they make it so welcoming and comfortable.The da's are always so well dressed, neat and polite, they always chat away with you while the dentist gets ready for the app.Overall pacific smiles in singleton is honestly a fantastic center, not a single problem and i have heard that from many of my family and friends also.They always let you know and discuss different scenarios, prices and outcomes that will suit you best, prices are not sprung on us, if its too much we make it work.So thankyou pacific smiles in Singleton, it's always a pleasure to take me and my family for their 6 monthly check ups. :)

Dr James English was being raises and rude to be. My teeth was really hurting and it was in pain. He said that it will take only 20 minutes to clean the teeth. He was in hurry and making weird faces. My daughter went to clean her and i said to the satff not check her xray but they did without my permission. They charged me 300 dollar for no reason. I am not happy with this company.

I went to get a clean and a filling it felt sore for a few days I thought that was normal so I flew to QLD for my job and it ached the whole time I was away I rang the shop and all they said was we have no dentist all week but ring Saturday so I did and they told me I had to pay to get it fixed I said not a chance it was the dentist fault its aching as it was not when i came for a check up i am so dirty on pacific smiles ive been in pain for 2 week and they obviously could not care less

It's a dentist so of course it doesn't have produce or metal recycling

just went in today for a straight up clean quote was $108more than happy to paid . this wasn't the problem. once in the chair the sale push .you need x-ray . this and that.inform them i had x-ray the last time at there green hills shop.no you need it every 6 months.well i inform them they found no problems with the last 6 -8 x-rays over the last 15 years.i said please just a clean that all today. then he started on is it a money problem. nothe Treatment after is only $42ok then that $150 . i said ok . as i just wanted to get it over with as i had jobs to go quote on .then the next beig push for more money .from a medial point you must get a x-ray before i start .that was it for me .i said no and got out the chair . as the was become a bad joke.used car salesman don't push this hard.they like a drug dealer pushing a drug.aim been in security for over 31 years as well as a NSW Prison officer.pushing like a inmate trying to get there way.this was joke.when do these prople listen to there customer.stop trying to push the up sell.this isn't USA all about the sale.

The staff at Pacific Smiles Singleton have always been friendly and helpful. I first went there for emergency treatment after a fall and since then they have become my regular dentist.

Dr Harvey made my appointment very comfortable and was very good with talking with me throughout my appointment.I have been to a few dentist but for sure this dental clinic by far is the best for people who are like most of us alittle nervous to visit dentists will recommend them to anyone..
