Strike Development Projects

I have been in my house now for 3 years. Yes there were a few minor issues during the build but all was sorted out before we moved in. There has been no maintenance during the 3 years that i could not handle myself, small plaster cracks NBN did not work but that was not a problem caused by Strike. This is about the 20th home I have built, but it was the first with Strike so feel I have a bit of knowledge about builders Strike were always very helpful and they always returned my calls if they were not available. I am just about to start my next project and will be talking to Strike with this one as well.

Strike have completed 2 projects over the last 6 months during Covid and have just begun a third one. They are quick to answer any queries and they complete the builds in record time and pass independent final inspections with flying colours. My trip to Brisbane to inspect the properties after Easter appears to be off the cards for now but I am looking forward to meeting the team and seeing the properties in person. Very happy with Strike Developments. It's been really easy to build with them.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to deal with Tom, a Strike Home Site Supervisor and he has been nothing but amazing to deal with. He has been very attentive and has a keen eye for detail aiming to ensure the property was handed over in the best possible quality. As a site supervisor has been very informative, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process and was always prompt to get things done in a timely matter. Strike development built my first home. Being my first ever experience building, I think I had a very pleasant experience. Especially with the 2021 pandemic, timber shortages and workers flat out with other work and Storm season, they STILL managed to get my house up. Compared to all the other houses that are being built in my street, they are still very much well behind and those houses are being built by much bigger companies. I’d say Strike developments done very well with time and specific circumstances they were under.I was always contacted the moment they knew there were going to be delays. I had a lot of variation requests and I was constantly changing my mind about things in the contract. I was probably a nightmare of a client , but they were always so kind and extremely professional and patient! I was in contact with who I believe is the current owner/founder of strike development throughout a lot of the process. Which I feel was very comforting as my issues and concerns were being handled directly. Overall, I’d say I’m over the moon with Strike developments and I do highly recommend. They are a small company, but they’re results were fantastic. I felt like I was dealing with a very well and long time established company. Like I said earlier, extremely professional with fast results, very fast responses and great workmanship! Thank you for building such a beautiful home for me to raise my little family in.

My wife and I reside in the south of N.S.W and we commissioned Strike Development Projects to build and investment house for us that began in January 2020.To begin with, the geographic divide between us was a problem in itself and then along came the Covid19 lock downs which meant we couldn't see our latest baby develop and grow. Whether you are a new home owner or a multiple home owner (as we are) you always look forward to the build stage. To see a build gradually rise from the ground knowing you were instrumental in its creation, leaves one with immense satisfaction. You have changed the landscape for the next one hundred years and over the course of these years many families will call this structure home BUT most of us do not have the skills to create something that will stand the test of time. We needed professionals to see our dreams become a reality, a company that has our interest at heart, a company with a mission to produce a top quality product. This is where Strike Development Projects stepped into our lives. From the drawing board to the build to the landscaping, everything has been seamless, transparent and totally professional. We have been supplied with constant updates and photographs of each stage of the build in the absence of being there and along the way Heidi has given us friendly advice and overseen the needs we have addressed.Naturally throughout this time we’ve been unable to oversee any of the build for obvious reasons and so Strike Development took on the proxy role of a quality surveyor on our behalf to ensure all facets of their build met with their high standards and our objectives. In other words they treated the build as their baby, a finished product they could proudly handover to us. Now you may say that this is tantamount to the fox guarding the chicken coop but Heidi being the business owner is very professional and a very motivated woman in a male dominated field and she demands nothing but perfection Access to her staff and management has always been open and free, courteous and friendly and nothing asked was considered inane or an unwanted distraction. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Strike Development as both a consumer and business associate. I built an investment property with them and everything was handled professionally, great package pricing and the finished product was beautiful and for this reason I now refer my own clients to Strike to build their investment homes.

We've been very happy with Strike Development in building our first property. Very professional and true to their word. We had delays with construction due to supply issues but they warned us about it. The council delays did draw out the build. Overall a great experience with the Strike team!

As we reached our 70's we found our 6000 sq/ft property overwhelming. We decided to sell up and were fortunate enough to contact Sara at Strike. Sara directed us to a sub division in Griffin Crest and after much soul searching we settled on a property and a house design to suit the property. Within 9 months we had a new home in a new neighbourhood. That was 6 years ago and we are as happy today as when we moved in. We were particularly impressed with the building schedule which was adhered to (something of a rarity these days). This may explain why Strike have survived as many fall by the wayside
