Samsung Chermside

Well, it's been a while since I went up to the end of Chermside. It was a pleasant surprise to see a complete dedicated Samsung Store. I had all my questions answered about my S20 phone, so hopefully, all will go well overseas.

Went to the shop to get my phone looked at because freezes all the time.They told me that they cannot look at the issue in the store and the phone needs to be send away because the 2 years warranty just passed.They won't give me any replacement, no guarantee that the phone will be fixed.The only think tha they assured me was that I have to pay $69 in advance. Regardless of the outcome I won't have that money back.As always another customer service experience that I wasn't expecting from a samsung. Specially being a loyal customer from many years.

Fantastic store workers at Chermside that went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.One of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in retail. Had some good laughs with them too.Special mentions to Lua, Zak, and Connor as well as the rest of the team.

This store has excellent customer service. However, I visited last week to have my screen protector replaced for my Galaxy Z Flip4. It was late night, and I was able to pick it up the same day. At this time a staff member mentioned that he could hear a click" coming from the hinge and that I should bring it back for a service

It. Was. Amazing. The staff are at the front of the store ready to help you out and they are super helpful. The store is also well organized.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visit to your store. I was in search of an accessory for my older Samsung tablet, which proved to be quite elusive. However, one of your customer service representatives went above and beyond to assist me in finding the accessory I needed. Thank you. Your dedication and exceptional service are greatly appreciated.

After 10 years of using Apple products, I decided to buy Samsung Galazy Z Fold 4 around September of last year because of its innovation and fancy fold screen. Within 7 months I had issue with Fold Screen as white line appeared throughout the screen for which I was able to claim manufacturing defect warranty.I was told by staff member that it would take 5 business days for them to mend when in fact it took 14 days (10 business days) for them to figure out that the parts are not available for this phone and technician couldn't mend it and they are offering me refurbished phone which sucks and to add more pain to the conservation they said it would take another 14 days for it to arrive to the Chermside store. Never in my life I am buying Samsung products ever again. To those all reading this feedback DO NOT BUY FOLD OR FLIP PHONES FROM THEM!!! MANY ISSUES WITH THEIR PHONE!!!

I simply cannot praise the customer service we received from the store at Chermside. Dillon was the ‘lucky’ man who got to work though our issues, he was so patient and knowledgeable. Dillon worked through all our issues, answered stupid questions. So happy with the results.
