We have been shopping for appliances at Prestige Appliances for many years. Franz is always helpful and is very knowledgeable in relation to products and the industry. On this most recent occasion I have had some difficulty in sourcing a new cooktop given our space and the current cut out. Franz went the extra mile in attempting to identify what my options were for ceramic and induction. Very happy with the result. If you are renovating or simply needing a single appliance I would highly recommend visiting.

The guy handling the store is not helpful and aggressive. I had some issues with installation and needed some info. Rather being helpful, it just sounded like palming me off. Im a builder and I buy appliances from all different commercial companies. Winnings appliances, Harvey Norman, Betta ElectricalHe might be knowledgeable but he isn’t helpful.You’d think you get better service spending $ 7k on a rangehood.Should have just paid the extra $400 going through the bigger guys.

I have had a fantastic experience at Prestige Appliances. Franz took me through the whole V-ZUG range of products. He had wealth of knowledge and advice for my new kitchen and laundry. I would highly recommend visiting his store.

Unusual in this day and age to find somebody with so much technical knowledge of the product he sells. If you just want something cheap, then yes, go somewhere where the assistants stand around chatting all day, but if you are genuinely wanting HELP in finding the right product, Franz the owner, is incredibly knowledgable. If you can actually overcome your natural fear of salesmen (and Franz's very clipped Austrian accent!) and actually tell him what you want, then he will get you the perfect product, because he genuinely has a desire to see a happy customer.

We are absolutely in love with our new Steel Ascot Oven and Rangehood. Although the delays regarding delivery were frustrating (due to COVID), they did keep me informed along the way, providing me with realistic expectations. The service has been great and he did go above and beyond in most occasions.

Just had the best experience & had to share it!The gentleman in the showroom was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to ask me lots of questions about my wants and needs, then showed me a cooker and rangehood that will be perfect for our house.The ordering process was easy, the price was AMAZING, plus he THANKED ME for purchasing and supporting his local business. Yep, you heard right, he THANKED ME! (when was the last time you received personalised, knowledgeable service with a thank you from one of the big guys??)Highly highly highly recommend this business for any of your appliance needs! Thanks to all the team at Prestige. My wife and I had a lot of decisions to make with our kitchen renovation but you guys were very informative and made the process easy. Much more knowledgeable about products than other places we went to. Will be back to buy shortly.

I would give this place minus stars if possible. Unless you have masochistic tendencies avoid this place like the plague. This was the most unpleasant shopping experience I have ever had. I was first bullied into stating whether I was buying on 'practical or aesthetic grounds', then told at my age I should definitely consider practical. Next was the instance when I was berated because I needed to decide what I wanted before he could help, despite me saying we were in the research stage. His displeasure at my response led to him raising his voice. He may know his product (which could be very good but I was given no opportunity to find out), but this was definitely the worst and rudest salesman I have ever encountered in any field.
