Contacted Prestige after seeing post on Facebook, they gave me a prompt quote and sent me a reminder about my appointment. Clean day was great, he asked me specifics about different things we wanted cleaned and gave me the confidence that he knew what he was doing. Afterwards I noticed spots that previous cleaners said they couldn't get out were almost completely gone. Pretty good considering the stains had been there for years. He also gave me a follow up call to check i was happy. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Upon leaving informs us even after moving lounge to clean it that we dont move furniture" so we now have an unclean patch of carpet in the one room we wanted cleaned before our new baby arrives. No communication about this was made until it was too late. We only left the lounge where it was as it was being cleaned as well"
