They have excellent piano, however the post service is really poor. I bought my piano 1st Aug, I didn't have any information since 2 weeks after the payment. I can't find the sales who traded with me and his other collogues don't wanna follow others' deals. I hope I could get my piano soon. AT Least, the sales could reply my email !

Vivace Pianos and Strings
I bought a Yamaha piano from vivace Underwood shop on January this year. Since I bought it till now, I noticed that there are about 6 keys does not work properly. I been talking to the owner there , he replied that that is kind of normal and will organise piano tuner to fix it ( I need piano tutor every 2 weeks for different keys that does not work ) Also , customer service is bad there . The owner answered my phone call to deal with issue in the beginning . But after few times , owner never answered my phone call any more. I left message and called shop to pass message . Unfortunately, I never hear back from owner .

Really bad experience for my experience with this business. Not sure if others experiencing the same problem. Bought a piano at this place and tune was part of the deal but that never happened, rung up after 3 month of purchase and reception ask me to be patient said I will get call for that but never happened, run up again at 6 month and the guy asked me to keep on waiting again, I just don't know how that works. Now its more than 12 month and still nothing happened... Can you explain why???

Allen is the most patient sales I’ve ever met. We were there buying our first piano for our daughter, he took the time to explain to us and helped us to find the piano that would fit in our budget. Upon inspection we found the piano we paid for had a minor dent - being a perfectionist I had to swap/upgrade to another one so I went back to the store the next day. Allen was again very professional and patient and helped me with selecting another piano (of course without a dent). I think the store would need more sales like Allen as seeing him being very busy working from one customer to another. Thank you Allen. We could not wait for our piano to arrive!

Really lovely experience with Allen and Vivace.I had made an inquiry about a specific piano model. I was updated as soon as one came into Vivace, and Allen was very patient and helpful throughout the process at the store to the eventual sale. He was great at answering questions and making me feel welcome, which was refreshing after having had a very poor experience with service staff at a competitor at Stafford who were solely interested in the sale.The showroom is lovely as well. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the market for a piano

Bought a Sk3 piano from Allen last week. Price is good and service excellent. Vivace have huge display show room with good selection of piano, able to choose between different brand and models on the spot and select the one that suit your budget.
