Guys and Girls at South Pacific Laundry in Cairns are amazing, especially letting me pickup when I have short ordered or sold out all our apartments and not enough linen! Thanks heaps from Oasis Palm Cove.

Would never recommend this laundry to anyone. Got threatened that they would drop our business as we didn’t order enough linen?? Linen often not dropped off on our delivery days, just random days when they get around to it I suppose. Terrible customer service, usually phone calls go straight to voicemail or to a call centre and emails that are “monitored out of hours” are never answered. Now leaving us with zero clean linen this entire week and they don’t care. Absolutely terrible service, wish we never entreated contract with them

I collected laundry from Port Douglas and was quite surprised to meet with a lovely young lady who was extremely pleasent to deal with and offered to carry my linen to the car. Neither of which I have ever experienced in the past.

Suit taken on recommendation from local shop. Informed on drop off to be careful and wether to dry clean or just steam and press.A week after pickup opening bag noticed a note saying tell customer of damage, all lining on suit was destroyed.Went back to the store and not apologetic, saying it was my fault having a suit with that lining. Told nothing they would do about it.Only after mentioning it was for my wedding & saying not on they even charged me to destroy my suit did they only refund the $35 for cleaning.
