We rang up and never got a quote over the phone, the lady showed up and quoted $140 to wash my German Shepard. We said no we would like you to leave and she refused to leave so we said can you do the $85 one and she said okay, after we got off the phone she sends a message saying she’s going to do the $140 wash that we said not to do so she does it anyway. She then lied to my brother that was there when she was washing the dog and forced him to pay for it instead of ringing us back for us to pay. She refused to leave and tried forcing us to pay even if she didn’t wash the dog and claimed to have quoted us when she did not. Would never trust them again, the prices are stupid and they will not give you a quote over the phone, they will show up and not leave.
