A bad storm approached the Sting concert. After being evacuated with 25,000 other people, we found our coach had left for Toronto. We searched everywhere for the bus, without anyone to help us. This left us stranded at the Hunter Valley in a storm at 9.30 pm at night. Where is the duty of care?

DO NOT USE this company.I gave one star as I had to select one, if I could they would get zero.Paid for 1 bus to do 2 shuttles before and after my son’s wedding, half the guest were not picked up. Most guests ended up driving, With the return trip driver took some guests back to their accommodation then came back to the venue to tell those waiting that they were best to catch a taxi. Would not recommend to anyone.

We hired Rover Coaches to transport guests to and from our wedding in the Hunter Valley. Despite us paying for the driver to do two pick-ups in the evening, he deliberately misinformed all of our guests of the pick-up time so he'd only have to do the one trip. When confronted, he complained and said he just wanted to go home. This came across as very unprofessional. We sent feedback to the head office to let them know what happened, and weren't even given the courtesy of a response. I would have been understanding had they at least replied and apologised, but considering they didn't bother to even acknowledge our complaint, I am very unimpressed. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a more reputable company that actually offers customer service.

Shocking experience. Bus didn’t arrive to pick us up. Staff on the ground were so unhelpful and we ended up paying $200 in taxi fares. Avoid avoid avoid!

Hopeless! The phone number never works. My son left his toy train on a bus, I tried to ring to inquire about it being handed in and the phone is basically disconnected (call failed). Don’t need to serve the public when your killing it with government contracts.

We had Peter Butler as our Hunter Valley Wine Tour Captain. What an awesome guy. His knowledge of the local area is top notch. Nothing was too difficult for him, many thanks for a great day Peter! Melissa, Lenelle, Amanda and Lisa.

We had a day out which was very enjoyable with Dennis being the designated driver... After my friend Jan organized for us to do a wine tour, Dennis filled us in with all the history of the area and was extremely informative... We had an awesome day and ended up with many bottles of wine.. Cheese..olives and other goodies... Cheers Dennis and thank you Rover!would definitely use Rover again

You NEED more buses running from Maitland to Cessnock and vice versa. People shouldn't need to catch a bus and be expected to wait an HOUR or more for train and maybe replace the buses that you're using to go to Greenhills. Maybe have an entire different bus that goes to Greenhills instead of using lines that people rely on and over crowding buses that shouldn't be overcrowded. 164 is the only bus that travels along Cessnock Rd some people rely on that bus to get to places that 166 doesn't go without have to walk HALF AN HOUR to reach their destination or maybe put into the council for bus stops to be in the old part of Gillieston Hts and Alexander Point like the other estates have. You want us to catch your service than maybe respect that some people can't walk that far or don't want to walk that far just to get home.
