And in that time they've done their utmost to look after both me and the property I'm renting. We rented a property managed by Havig and Jackson for 3 years. From the perspective of a tenant, you could not ask for a better property manager than Lynn. Communication was excellent from first viewing to final departure. All maintenance issues were resolved punctually and professionally. I cannot recommend highly enough, especially since we have had some negative experiences with other agencies. If we ever need to buy/sell/lease a property in the future, we'll certainly be in touch!
