No communication skills, final price different to contract price even when questioned before pool work started. Even admitting he knew price was wrong at the end of the process and just could not communicate that to us.

We settled on a drop in Compass pool and a super happy with the outcome and especially happy with the team at Profile Pools who handle the sale and install. They were outstanding. Jill and Rob who manage the front end sales and customer support through the process as well as handle the council approvals were fantastic. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer any questions we had. The install was handled by Troy and again his customer service was top notch. A super friendly guy who went over and above to make sure the install was done to the highest of standards. His communication skills were first rate and he involved us in every decision that needed to be made along the way.

Very poor communication .7 weeks and countless phone calls to try and get a quote. Was told every week that someone would come to quote next week but after 7 weeks still no one from profile pools showed up or called to reschedule. Don’t wast your time trying to support this local business as they will definitely waste your time in return. I have called twice a week and every time they ask for my details again like it is a new inquiry. I have received one call from profile pools to advise they would be coming the following week so i know they do have my correct details. When i advised that i had been calling every week and told the same thing over and over the staff member on the phone said if the guy quoting couldn't come the next week he would come himself next week (this was three weeks ago). on a recent phone call i was told they tried to contact me but looking over my phone records there is no missed calls or messages on the day they state they called.I have seen in profile pools reply that they have accused me of not being a real customer and being a pool builder myself. This just outlines how unprofessional and how little respect profile pools have for their customers. I called every week for seven weeks which is more that enough opportunity for Profile pools to visit my property and see I am a real customer. With in the last two weeks I had a pool builder visit my property, quote, prepare a contract and all in with the engineers getting ready for DA. There are great pool builders in the area but PROFILE POOLS ARE NOT ONE OF THEM.

Long term customer of Tony and Profile Pools in Byron. What can I say. My pool is always looking pristine. It's very cost effective and always friendly service. Any issues (usually equipment related) are always sorted quickly. I would not trust my pool to anyone else in the shire.

Craig and Tony built a brilliant pool for us in Ewingsdale. We are so happy with the result. We felt informed every step, there were no surprises, and Tony and Craig were really happy to work within our budget. Lots of summer days ahead of us enjoying our pool, and we will keep Profile Pools on to help us with maintenance.

We invited three pool companies to quote for a plunge pool in Evans Head. From the outset, Profile Pools had the best customer service and sales information. We are very pleased with the result as we put the finishing touches to the landscaping. Can recommend Profile Pools.

A terrible experience. Still having problems. The only thing they are good at is invoicing, that will happen in a matter of hours. You actually need to employ an electrician separately to make it work. A bit like buying a car with no wheels.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your pool. So many things went wrong. So many thousands of dollars spent elsewhere to fix them up.EDIT: Profile Pools have replied to my review, below I will break down their reply:1. Jill & Rob from the sales team were amazing from start to finish. Our pool was constructed during flood & covid, which created some frustrations. However the end product was more than we could have hoped for. Well done to the team at profile pools. Troy and his onsite team were amazing too.

Nothing but praise for Craig and the team. Quick to respond, always returned calls, always helpful. Lots of advice along the way and the on-site teams clearly skilled in what they did, from excavation, pouring concrete, tiling and plumbing. Contract clearly stating divide on responsibilities such as electrician. Pool in a complete state as per pictures in a matter of a few months.
