After Cyclezone fitted a new tubeless tyre to one of my wheels it was flat within a day or two and repeatedly went flat after the same period of time. When I questioned Cyclezone about the reason for the tyre repeatedly going flat the excuse was the quality of the rubber in the tyre. I took it to another bike shop where they re-fitted the tyre (for approx. 1/2 Cylezone's price) and, two weeks later, the tyre is still fully inflated.

I found these guys to be really helpful, I had a difficult problem with a bike bought from an interstate shop and even though they were busy, they took the time to look at it and speak with the shop from where it was purchased. Ultimately it required replacement under manufacturer warranty, what I appreciated was the time they took even though there was no obligation to do so on their part. Awesome help guys - thanks again!!

I went in for a seat tube bolt for my bmx as It was the closest place that might be able to do a quick fix, was told that it might take half an hour because they didn’t know if they had one, yeah fine by me. It only ended up taking all of 5 minutes to find and fit, and let me have it for free even after offering to pay.Customer service 10/10

We hired some cruiser bikes from these guys and they were magnificent to cruise along the bike paths to see plenty of the local beaches, customer service was exceptional and highly recommend them for any of your bike needs.
