Very rude lady behind the counter who ignores customer. Is either incapable of multitasking or just plain rude. There were people waiting to be at Ed and she could have played with the system and cold and flu tablets after she served others. What a shame as the male Pharmacist is so nice there but I won’t be back.

I have a few serious health issues and so I have tried a few of the Pharmacies within West End especially. This Pharmacy is quite new as is the Centre it resides in so I had not had the chance to try it out.I have had some mostly bad experiences prior to finding this Pharmacy and it is an absolute Gem!! The staff all greet you with a smile when I walk in and the service is 6 star. I was interested to meet the owner Michael and it is clearly where the positive and happy energy comes from as the staff are a credit to him and to themselves.So if you would like to be treated well instead of being an inconvenience then don't think about it, give this Pharmacy a go.You will not be disappointed!!

I stopped going to this pharmacy because they display a poster at the entrance that is part of a scare campaign against the Albanese government.
