B&D Garage Doors Sydney

The house we recently purchased had had two electric garage doors installed not even 3 years ago, and both are completely faulty and no longer working. B&D are not honouring the warranty for the product because in their T&Cs they say it's not transferable to a different owner - isn't a warranty for a product? Clearly a loophole from their management to avoid facing problems with their own products and will be reported to the fair trade commission. Really disappointed and will certainly not be using them in the future.

Really excellent service from the BnD helpline and Brian from Automatic Garage Solutions over the holiday period. The appointment was arranged quickly and Brian arrived punctually, was polite, friendly, explained everything clearly and managed to fix what I had assumed would need replacement in an hour or so of hard work. Definately a case of it being worthwhile using someone with the right experience and expertise. Very happy with and would recommend.

let me share my 2023 experience and opinion after 3 failed attempt’s to get a general service done. I live 5km from B&D’s HQ at Revesby? but now i live in a unserviceable area ? They now flick you to a 3rd party ? saving on liability costs responsibility cost and money employing more service personnel and training and OH&S for 2 man jobs. There Customer Service is shocking providing misinformation and feeding customers the new company bs excuses. They take 0 responsibility for there lack of actions. So why support Aussie companies when they don't care about past loyal customers anymore. B&D seems not to be the company it once was ! Well done Management enjoy your bonuses. 1 star was the lowest i could select it should be 0 stars.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Brian. Replaced our 20+ year old garage door motor, performed a thorough service and and educated us on how to maintain it to make it last longer. Brian was very knowledgeable and showed dedication to his work. Highly recommended!

I have 2 doors installed 2 years ago, the installation was very bad from the start, the doors was wobbling and the work was not professional at all, the issue became worse, so I called recently to get fixed under the warranty, it supposed to be 10 years warranty, but B & D refused fix it under the warrant and asked for around $ 250 charges, they are very bad company unprofessional and misleading, that warranty is a gimmick, not true, certainly I would not recommend them at all.this is in respond to BND:Thank you for your email, it’s good idea from you trying to cover up the very bad workmanship, and the misleading, 10 years warranty means 10 years nothing else, try some other excuses please, it has 2 services over 2.6 years so according to your way, it’s fully covered buy the warranty, that of course if you not misleading your clients. The final of this your works are very bad so do your service. Do not bazar about it , I will get a good tradesman to fix your mass, and that is why I do not recommend your to any at all.

Exceptional customer service by the consultant Joanne. She was able to confidently assist us with our connectivity issues we had been experiencing, and even followed up a couple of days later to ensure the problem had been resolved.Her product knowledge, communication and friendly service was amazing. An absolute pleasure to deal with.Nice to know customer service at this exceptional level still exists.Thank you

Brian was great, fixed my door up quick. Provided great advice on how to deal with issues going forward as well and even fixed my remotes. Thanks to the staff and BND help desk as well, they were very prompt in responses and bookings. Highly recommended!

An incredibly upsetting experience - I am happy to remove this post if BND bothered to look into my situation - I have been trying to get a new garage door since February (4 months and counting!). When I followed up, I found the sales rep had left and no one bothered to check on the sales status (deposit made...).Then the next sales rep, Courtney, came in, got the measuring and motor wrong. I have called out the defect within 30 days per BND's T&Cs, but am still left in limbo with the wrong door and no action because I can't get in touch with the sales rep, and the NSW Install Team seems content to be absolved of all responsibility because they don't have the right report and instructions to follow through.Would recommend avoiding this company

Had a stuck Flex-a-Door. Booking the job was easy. Brian arrived on time - with a five minute notice by way of text message (I wish all trades did this!). Brian was thorough and methodical as he investigated the problem and was able to explain the issue simply and succinctly (which was great for a dummy like me!). The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently and I was appreciative of Brian’s open and honest advice, and his comprehensive knowledge.

Brian from AGS in Padstow is a GEM!!Called me after I sent him some pictures, he was able to have it working within 5 minutes over the phone and he would not take a payment!! Honestly so impressed and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help. Extremely happy!!! Thank you Brian!!
