They are accommodating to the needs of their customer. If you ask fresh cooked they will make it for you. Food order are to quality and they don't mess up the order. I am so happy that I don't have to go back to return. My son he loves chicken nuggets and they will cook to order which has to be hot. Always there to help. Even the staff have patient to take order from kid and will engage and make them feel that they got what needed. Thanks maccas for accommodating our unique demand. We haven't miss a single day .

For a MacDonalds it is in a good location, a block from the main shopping strip. It has lots of parking. It is quite spacious. The food that I ordered was up to MacDonalds' standards. The reason for dropping a star is that the app kept telling me that a lot of what I was looking at was unavailable at this store, I'm assuming broken machinery.

Not a dreadful experience. Shouldn't have been as hard as it was for 6 nuggets.Dining room rarely open and when it is, often not clean. Toilets much the same

Now comes with staff, excellent even when they try and ruin my day with full cream milk, next time a little more care and give me my soy milk please, lucky I spotted the error at the drive through window

I previously worked at McDonald's for over 23 years so I could be quite critical, but the Katherine store nailed it every time we visited whilst in town (thru Drive thru). Super fast, super friendly and great quality food. Not often I can say that about a Maccas store these days so really well done guys. Keep it up.

Currently short staffed drive through service only — no walkins. Staff suggest download app order and they’ll bring food out. Call them and they suggested to download the App, so I did but then the App wanted me to join!Frustrated we decided to go to Peakabrew cafe across the road. No app needed we walked in ordered at the counter, sat down and were served within a few minutes!

Food was average, as all maccas food is. However, I parked in the carpark and within 5 minutes people were taking things out of the back of my ute. Now I'm a territorian myself so all the expensive stuff was tied down and the eskys lid had its own special rope keeping it closed, but what about all the people from other states who aren't aware of Katherine's interesting reputation? Cause something should be done if the locals were already checking out my mates ute, and taking stuff out of mine. Be careful when parking here, or anywhere in Katherine as people will take anything they fancy off you if it isn't secured in such a way to hinder its removal.
