unless you have the ability to wait for your package at home 24/7 i would not recommend any company using Aramex.i ordered a small package 14 days ago, still have not received my order and i live in Sydney, same city as Mr supplement.

You need to change your customer service phone calls. My order was cancelled and never got a confirmation email. And when I contacted them after 2 weeks. That b was so rude

I placed an order via chemist warehouse and 3 weeks later i am still waiting on delivery (status shows it hasnt been dispatched yet). I needed certain items urgently. I googled and found Mr Supplement. I ordered the items i needed Wednesday 9am, and it was delivered midday the following day. Very impressed! During a pandemic this is exactly the service you need. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Mr Supplement and was impressed with their premium customer service. They offer great prices on their products, and sometimes include freebies with purchases, which is always a nice bonus.However, I did encounter a small issue during my visit. When I mentioned that I had enough protein shakers and would prefer a Mr Supplement t-shirt instead, I later discovered that even though I left the three shakers in the store, they had charged me for the t-shirt. It was a misunderstanding that left me feeling a bit disappointed.Despite this minor issue, I must say that the overall customer service at Mr Supplement is still excellent. They have a wide selection of supplements that can be hard to find in other stores, which is a huge plus. So, if you're looking for a supplement store with great prices and customer service, Mr Supplement is definitely worth a visit.

Good range of products, good prices, good customer service but super frustrating delivery when they used Aramex. Missed the unit number and still waiting for parcel to arrive after 2 weeks.Mr Supplement has been very helpful in retrieving the parcel back and sent me new one but Aramex keeps promising urgent delivery, nothing has arrived...

Disappointing Experience, I purchased Rule 1 Whey Blend, choose Mr Supplement because of their fast shipping. It did arrive quick but unfortunately the incorrect flavour. I gave them a call (Friday today) and informed them and they mentioned they will send a new one out and if i can return the old one once i receive the correct flavour. I dont think its right considering i purposely ordered it to arrive before the weekend as i am just about to run out of protein today and im in Prep for a show. Now i am expecting to wait till probably Tuesday for their own mistake and i have to take time out of my day to post back their misdoing.I have in fact had this to me about 2-3 times in the past year from companies such as MuscleNation & AminoZ, who had sent wrong flavours but suggested i keep the product as it was their mistake. Im not suggesting i am a cheapskate for wanting two products, but it isnt right to tell customers to wait considering its weekend now and item will unlikely arrive till Tuesday, then expect them to go to the post office to ship it back. Would of just bought in store for the same price if i had that time with my schedule.
