Nice clean store.Has what we was looking for

Today I was visiting the Townsville (Garbutt) shop, interested in a few items. I was fortunate enough to ask Jacinta for help and was very surprised in how much she was willing to assist my partner and I. She was able to give fantastic advice and when we had further questions regarding products, she made sure we had all the answers we needed. I approached her for help because I heard her assisting another customer and noticed how patient and supportive, as well as knowledgeable she was. This is the best service I've ever received in a Supercheap store (usually good service regardless) and probably the best service I've received in any retail environment for a long time. If more shops had staff like Jacinta, I honestly think there would be less online shopping.My partner and I left the store actually talking about how good the service was. Thank you!

I always find the staff super helpful. Love shopping there for this reason as it just makes everything easier.

Lot's of good products here. I did pick up and item for $59 which was $89 at Bunnings so that was great. I did however need to go to another store as the website said there was stock but it turned out there was not in reality.

A pleasure to visit, friendly staff, on the floor and at the check out. Always willing to help with product knowledge.
