Huge shout out to consultant Mathew (not me!). Great eye for styles to suit and sizing, confident but not over bearing, fantastic experience. Would buy more if the wallet could handle it just for great service.

Fantastic experience everytime I go. Had a blast hanging out with the staff today who were more than happy to make sure my outfits looked perfect. Always feel very welcome and very cared for with lots of laughs. Matt and his partner (sorry I forgot your name) created the most fun environment that you feel like you want to stay for more than just the clothes.Thanks guys. Fantastic work!

Terrible experience at Peter Jackson Tuggerah shopping with my son .the sales person Matthew was condescending and rude to him, with constant snaps at him to stand up straight" and negative comments about the items he chose to try from THEIR clothes. I worked out quickly that he was only interested in selling the stock on hand in my son's size

I have bought 2 suits from Peter Jackson Tuggerah and both needed to be taken away to get alterations (not a problem). Each time I went into the store to pick them up they were either late or didn’t do the job correctly. After my 4th visit to the store, I decided to give up and accept what I had.Another issue I had was that the trousers with one of the suits would always rip. I am now onto my 4th pair for this suit. After my great experience in the Tuggerah store, I decided to call head office to see if they can help as the material isn't right.I spoke with a Director and the service was to the same standard I had in store. I was hung up on and the best he could offer me was cost price for the same trousers (obviously not understanding my issue).My experience with Peter Jackson has been terrible and I do not recommend purchasing their products.

First visit was productive. The staff were helpful. I was bowled over by amount of stock and the quality.

OK been here several times and I must say what an outstanding establishment. Professionalism at its best with complete measuring with quality insured. Yes you can get a cheaper suit and be uncomfortable, but this pkace insures comfort and spend the time for excellence and guarantee fit. With its double Egyptian cotton shirts that wear so well under the suit, to finely made handkerchief/shoes/ties and other assortment items that will have you covered.Thanks for your great Professionalism in this industry.

Every time I walk into Peter Jackson I am made to feel important. The staff are kind, very helpful, and have an amount of class about them. I have given up shopping at other major clothing stored in Westfield as the service is terrible and the staff at Peter Jackson are above them all.Thank you for your help so far.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received for a wedding party of 6. No organization or professionalism Between stores. Made our time there not enjoyable at all. Tried to speak to management at Peter Jackson about my experience with them and they didn’t care.
