Hi Debbie,We had a great time, the food was well prepared and lots of it, my brother and his wife were very surprised. The entertainment, the one dancer did a good job we even got a photo with her.The only thing we didn't understand was why you weren't fully booked. All of the staff were friendly and very professional, keep up the fantastic work.Regards Glenn

Good value for what you pay. Alcohol is reasonably priced. Food is generous and tasty. I just have to say I had to repeat table instructions a couple of times and the music during the performance could have been louder. Other than that it was a fun night and great for groups. I'll be coming back.

The first thing we noticed walking in was the music was so loud we were basically yelling at the waiter so he could hear us , we had to ask to have it turned down even then we found it hard to have a conversation, the food was very average, & when we had our appetisers bought out the waiter literally poked it with his finger telling us what was what. There table service needs a lot of improvement. Very friendly staff just very under trained.

Some highlights and lowlights. The chorizo was delicious and plentiful, chicken maryland was also a hit, but it stops there unfortunately. Beef and lamb dishes were a touch dry and the service was average at best unfortunately. At $59pp on a Saturday night, it's good value for all you can eat meat and sides but it's far from perfect. The chimichurri, a staple in South American fare, was very thick and tasted only of parsley. Unfortunately it lacked the garlic, chili, and vinegar notes it desperately needed. The ambience of the place doesn't exist, it feels like dining in a school hall with a disco ball and a bland bar. Brazilian dancers start a performance at 8 30pm which is a nice touch if I cared for dinner and a show. But as far as a dining experience goes, I just want great food and service. Definitely worth a look if you like to be very full for a decent price, but look elsewhere for traditional Brazilian cuisine.

I have been to Rios many times so thought be good for my sons 21st. The atmosphere has died down although the performers made a huge effort to include my son to make his night special some staff struggle to speak English and were many miss understandings during the night. The toilets are disgusting need renovating. On a positive note you will leave very full if you love meat all types u will love it. My Aunty came in a wheel chair I forgot they ate not wheel chair accessible.

If you're looking for a dining experience that's a perfect combination of bland taste and terrible service, then look no further than this restaurant. As soon as I sat down, I was greeted by not one, but two waiters who immediately demanded that I pay for my drinks upfront.Speaking of the meal, it was like eating cardboard soaked in water. Every dish tasted exactly the same, which is impressive in a bad way. I honestly couldn't tell if I was eating the chicken or the beef - it all tasted like sadness and disappointment. And to top it off, when it was time to pay, they couldn't even find my initial deposit of $100. Apparently, they need me to prove that I had paid, which took us like 5-6 min at the register. In summary, if you're looking for a place to ruin your taste buds and your evening, this restaurant is the perfect choice. But for the love of all that is good, save your taste buds and your wallet and go somewhere else.

Disappointed as we paid $59pp to be served mainly sides and sausages. The food was nice when we received it, but my main complaint was the lack of service (or none at all) of the beef/chicken/pork/lamb. We had to complain a couple of times before we even received some of these dishes and even when it came time to settle the bill, we still had not received everything on the menu. The entertainment was good & the staff was friendly, except for the one server to shoved a plate in our face. We had asked for a discount, for not receiving a couple of items on the menu, which had skipped our table (the larger groups/tables were prioritised) and I'm assuming because they were bombarding our table with the missing food (to avoid giving us a discount), he did this out of spite as he walked away laughing. Not sure if we'll return again. It's always a hit or miss experience when dining here.

Worst experience by far with me and my best mate at Rio's. Food was dry. Chips were cold. We asked for two coke's. They served us coke but in the smallest size cups, I have ever seen. Not sure why. We managed to change the size cups for the two cokes we ordered. Steak was overcooked and just plain dry. We got the premium set of steaks for $45 each but it was such a lack of deception as some of the steaks were mixed with curry spices and chilli. Not even the scotch fillet that is supposed to be a high end steak was good, just plain dry with hardly any salt. If there was one advice, I could give it would be to serve the steak fresh when its made. Add salt. Marinate it and grill it on the charcoal. Also, if possible please change the steaks and sausages as they didn't feel high end or at a standard level of satisfaction for the price we payed for. The only one complement I would have would be the pineapple mixed with cinnamon but besides that, not much to complement. Thanks Rio's.

This place calls themselves BRAZILIAN. Well let me tell you, if you know your Brazilian food, my advice do not waste your money here. It is nothing like Brazilian food.Half of our table was served with the entrées(17people) so waited and waited and we ended up asking them for the rest. They came out 45mins later. Meat, well way too many sausages and chicken that’s for sure.(for $47pp). Red meat eventually came out, and it was salty as hell. We couldn’t eat it. At all. Pork belly, bland no taste not even seasoning or some sort of flavour. Very disappointed. Half way through our dinner, the lights were off for the entertainment. We couldn’t even see our food. You would think for Mother’s Day they would put on at least a good show for all the beautiful mothers, well no they didn’t. Only 1 lady doing some belly dance and only lasted less than 1/2hr. That was the entertainment for the night. What a joke. Straight after, the DJ blasted the music, we felt like we were in a night club and we couldn’t even have a conversation with each other. That’s how loud it was. There were babies there screaming and crying due to the loud music. Very poor on management side of things. People that were sitting next to the DJ ended up leaving and so did we. After spending 15mins at the counter trying to pay because they stuffed up our bill. And the waiter told us we can do split payment, but upon paying, they said we couldn’t because their system doesn’t allow split payments. By this time My family and I just wanted to leave. Don’t let the videos and photos on FB or Instagram fool you people.
