Literally the best place in Australia for anything door related. They are walking encyclopaedias when it comes to handles, hinges, locks etc. Will only ever use them, legends.

The worst service I have ever experienced of all time. Ordered handle set 6 months ago to finish a job. Half of the set was the wrong colour. 6 months later the replacement parts arrive and they're the wrong colour again. And no apologies, no accountability! Apart from being the wrong colour, it took these guys 6 months to get the replacements! Absolutely disgusted with the service. If I ran my business this way I'd be broke! Stay clear. No service what so ever!
