I was treated so badly since my last visited. I refused to come back and they threatened to take me off the list and find somewhere else.Last visit I went in 2020, I had a baby and I took my baby with me to do mapping update. The audiologist made awful comment about my speech" - mind you

Hear and Say Gold Coast
This organisation incorrectly advertises that Deaf children can hear and speak but with no consideration for their ability to actually communicate fluently. Deaf children need access to bi-lingual approaches that focus on their social and emotional needs (use of both Australian Sign Language and English), not just their medical needs (speech and auditory therapy). This organisation does not provide a well-rounded approach to Deaf children's needs.

We are so grateful for our services and sessions at Hear and Say. Everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Made the transition moving from Melbourne to Gold Coast with my daughters appointments, so easy! A huge thank you to Greer who always goes above and beyond in supporting my daughter, she always looks forward to her appointments and leaves feeling very proud of herself.
