Had a very good experience with Luke for getting our gutters cleaned. Responsive, kept to the decided date, pre- and post cleaning photos provided, job done well and charges were very reasonable. Will definitely be using next time.

First class service. Apart from the clean gutters there is no trace that they did the job. Left the yard cleaner than they found it. Fixed a cracked tile.

I’ve just had my gutter’s cleaned by the team at Mates Rates. I never met the guys face to face but Luke was awesome to deal with when we spoke.They turned up on time and was able to to do the job effectively.We have just had heavy rains and the gutters held up beautifully10/10 for these guys

Luke was very professional, he communicated well, and very good with his work. He took pre and after photos, replaced our broken tiles, washed the gutters and tested. I have never seen someone so responsible that can compare with Luke's excellent work.Thank you so much and we have save your contact and see you again in the near future.

Did a great job cleaning gutters on our A-frame and verandah. They were able to get to places I was not comfortable standing on which is great. On time also.

Luke & his offsider were very professional. We got before & after photos & the job was done in a timely manner. Luke is a lovely young man & I would certainly recommend him for gutter cleaning. He explained everything he was going to do & reassured me that he & his offsider would be safe. We have a 2 story house & I was worried about their safety going up on the roof.Thankyou so much to both of you & I'll definitely get you to do the job next time.

Mates Rates Gutter Cleaning
The team over at Mates Rates came out to my place which was in real need of a gutter clean and flush out of any blockages and did an excellent job. The quote came back at a very reasonable price, the boys were early and sharp with their time, I got a great over view of what services they performed, and they even went over the top and cleared out my down pipes when they didn’t need to do that. Would recommend to anyone for any service their business provides. Thanks again crew!

Luke and the team only had availability three weeks out, I booked them in anyway based on reviews. When I did, I also asked if they had sooner availability since it wasn't a big job... They called me a day later and fitted me in at the end of the day, really responsive, professional and safe. Definitely recommend!
