Meader Constructions completed a picture-perfect top to bottom renovation and extension on my old-style weatherboard home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! They worked diligently to build a wonderful kitchen extension, walk through robe, ensuite, bathroom and laundry in my home, creating a wonderful space that blends old and new. Ben, Lisa, and their team were amazingly helpful with their innovative suggestions, advice, communication, and professionalism, something that I found a great comfort as a novice renovator fixing up my first home. During a difficult time of COVID, material shortages, and drought, they managed to get my home renovated on schedule and in a timely manner, while still completing the work thoroughly and promptly dealing with any unforeseen issues. They handled all the development and regulatory requirements with council, and all the coordinating with subcontractors. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a top-quality builder.

Ben did lots of little nuisance jobs such as replacing lounge room pelmets and and then converting a dinning room, which use to be a verandah, back to a verandah. He also did lots of small jobs for my business. He did excellent work in timely manner. He had good ideas and was very pleasant to work with. We all miss him here in Warialda.

I used Meader Constructions for repairs, maintanance & insurance work on my investment property in Warialda, I found them to be friendly, very reliable, always on time & I was kept up to date with all scope of work that was carried out on my property. Their pricing was very reasonable & the work was outstanding, I was very disappointed to hear that they were leaving Warialda but I wish them well in there new adventure & I would highly recommend them for any building, repairs or maintainance needed on a property. Incredible service! As a tenant in a property getting repaired by Ben and his team, they kindly removed and folded my laundry to not get sawdust on them and even helped me get back into my apartment when the door locked during stair removal and repairs. You couldn’t ask for better service!
