How do people still buy the product if they don't know what colours are in offer?? According to a Honda dealer, last quarter of 2022, the 2 colours available for the Honda Goldwing tour premium in 2023 was black and the Blue. I was waiting until February 2023 to see the two colours in real life only to find out that the blue has been replaced by a Red. Jumped on Honda's internet and the motorcycle is still displayed in Blue. Rang them up to clarify, Individual took my enquiry and will confirm in due course. Seriously?? I would have imagined Honda Australia would keep their internet updated as soon as specs change or at least the customer service operators would have such information at hand.

My friend who is a healthcare worker and doesn't know much about cars received an airbag recall/buyback letter from Honda and asked me to deal with it as she is quite busy at work for obvious reasons at the moment. She was quite happy with her CRV until the date, kept it in good condition, had low mileage on it and just recently put new tyres on and had a major service done for more than $1000.The buyback offer was $2300 +$400 for immediate transport which is way below retail market value for a similar vehicle from another manufacturer (RAV4 etc). I contacted Honda several times over the phone to discuss options with no answer after waiting for 45min+ every time. A call back request on the website also wasn't answered for several weeks. When I finally reached somebody, I was told to take it or leave it as that's the agreed price and there are thousands of more people waiting to get a hold of them as well. I was told I can go to pickles auctions to have the car evaluated but that would void the buyback offer. Pickles auctions is a wholesale auction house and would most likely come back with a lesser valuation. Also, the recent service and tyres weren't taken into consideration as well as it was more than 12 weeks ago. I was told I will be called back a day later and that call never came.I understand that it's a lot of customers being affected but this is not satisfactory. Honda has now forced my friend who works in a big hospital to take public transport for weeks which is not good especially during a pandemic. She now had no choice but to agree to Honda's unfavourable terms that were forced upon their customers. She now had to buy another car at significantly more than what she was offered. This is the last time me or anyone I know will even consider buying any Honda branded product. You have lost many potential and existing customers by you blatantly rude and ignorant behaviour. Not even being able to get in contact with your customer service in case you need an answer is just not acceptable.

My 2018 Honda CRV got towed to the dealer (which is 45klms away now they have closed the other dealerships) nearly two weeks ago. Dealer can't repair the fault (which happens) under warranty and is working with Honda to find the cause. Dealer can't provide a loan car as they are booked out due to the reduction in dealerships and increase in their workload. After numerous calls to Customer Care" I still don't have access to vehicle and awaiting a decision on whether a loan car can be approved. No option of escalating it further as apparently that department doesn't have the phone numbers of anyone in Management.Complete shambles..."

I called Honda Australia head office asking for a replacement owner's manual for my current car, and was told to contact my local Honda dealer (I have no idea why). After placing the order with my local dealer (Eastern Honda) over 3 months ago, I have still not received my owner's manual. If you want incompetence, buy a Honda.

Highlights of the terrible experience are: Purchased a brand new Honda in June 2019 - car faulted in August 2019 (VSA fault 'which never happens') - unable to be fixed until January 2020. Car faulted again in July 2020 - Honda unable to figure out the reason for fault. Car has been returned with unknown fault (We have a 5 month old that we do not want to be driving around in a car that we currently deem to be unsafe), could be because of the last fault

Remote key button started falling out on my near new car. The car and the key obviously barely used, approx 5000ks on the clock when it happened, photos sent to Honda, and they told me it is normal wear and tear!Complaned to Honda Australia, well that was a total waste of time. Will not be buying another Honda!

Unfortunately, the new structure for Honda is a complete failure. I have owned 4 Hondas over the years, but this will be the last. I sent Honda Aus an email regarding problems I had with the servicing of my vehicle and also sent it to the dealership concerned. Response from Honda Aus was we are very busy and will get back to you" Months later I have still not heard a word from them. Their new structure is not working for their customers

I bought a new Honda - CRV in October 2022. On 16/01/23 Honda sent an email saying Your CR-V Honda 2022 is subject to a safety recall because the Honda Genuine Accessory Window Tint fitted to the Front Door (side) Windows does not meet requirements. " It went on to say " Please contact the service department of your preferred Authorised Honda Centre as soon as practicable

DONT BUY A Honda.I purchased a Civic RS in Feb 2020. A demo with just over 5k on the clock. It's a 2019 Sept first registered car. It went back to the dealership 4 times in the first 3 or 4 weeks of ownership. It's the noisiest car I've ever driven, no soundproofing anywhere that I can see.I have a 24 yr old car as a toy and compared to the noise levels of the Civic this old car is a limo.I've written to Honda Aust about my issues. Let's see what happens !!!!!Looking at the reviews on here, nothing seems to happen.I'm living in hopes.
