There is understaffed and messy & then there are restaurants like this. This particular location should be condemned by the NSW Health Department. Absolutely disgusting toilets and dining room. Now your head in shame McDonalds Australia and hold the staff to account.

Typical McDonald's food but less busy so food is fresh, not prepared in a hurry. Clean location as well, nice outdoor seating. Plus they have a Playland inside and also a playground outside.Lot's of parking and also has a drive thru.

Everything about the visit was good. My only complaint is being an 80 yr. old & not being au fait with ' apps ,' I am not getting good prices & value for items so am going less often.

I ordered an Angus burger along with a few other things. Still trying to figure out what I actually got. There was a bit of dried up bacon, something that resembled meat, I think, & it was smothered with bbq sauce to the point of it running everywhere including inside the container & all over me. I couldn’t eat it because it was so bad. So I offered the bacon & meat? to my dog. She turned her nose up as well! Tried ringing but no one answered. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a lousy order or the wrong order!Wish the food looked like the photos they use to advertise their menu!

For the price of McDonald’s food you’d think they’d at least try and clean the place disgusting. After asking 4 times to get a table cleaned, a staff member appeared with a rag and dragged it across a table (no disinfectant or cleaner used). I pointed out every table was filthy but sitting here waiting for a 5yo to finish a happy meal. Not a single other table has been cleaned. Sitting here you release this place hasn’t had a proper clean in months. Lazy lazy lazy.

Went drive-thru. Barely moved for over 10mins. Finally got to order. Was asked what I wanted, told her my order, made mistakes, corrected myself. Then she tells me cash only, or can go inside if I wanted eftpos. I said that was fine. Asked again if cash was fine, I said yes. Then she says she missed my order and told me to repeat! Was allowed to move. Went behind 1 car that was paying. All other cars in front, had finally gone. Another 10mins waiting for them to pay and move, attendant asked for money at 9min mark! They paid, got change and moved directly to pick up point. I got to pay window, there was a wait, then questioning which order was mine, reminding of cash, no telling of price. Gave her $50 before it came on screen with total, saw that it was $35.30, I offered her the 30c to make it easier and she very quickly but firmly said no! Got to pick up window, asked again what I ordered!?? Got my order, had to wait for a drink and straws. Finally got them and left. Son checked order, all there but fries were thrown in and all through the bag, had to refill everyone's fries orders before handing them out. Over 30mins to go through drive-thru!Parked near drive-thru to eat, the whole time, we sat and ate, not a single car was served nor moved through the drive-thru! Line up was almost back out to the road!

Filthy! Bins absolutely overflowing onto floors, filthy sticky floors, tables and chairs even, food all over floors and tables and food served was not fresh or seasoned. 10+ staff behind counter.

There was rain which caused water on the tiles in the entrance. My son who was carrying his 2 year old daughter and myself slipped over. We did sustain injuries. The store manager was very helpful. There needs to be some form of matting to be put over these tiles during wet weather. Very dangerous.

The dirtiest MacDonald's I have stepped foot in! Not one clean table, food scraps smeared and left on and under the tables and in walking areas. Had to use loo AND they too were filthy and I mean not properly cleaned for a long time!! Gross restaurant! If you walked into any other restaurant, other than MacDonald's you would have walked straight out, because the hygiene standards would make you wonder what the food hygiene standards would be.....Yuck and that's polite

As you receive your ordered meal,some staff greet you and pass food safely to you in the car ,but we have come across a couple that are turned not facing you and virtually throw the food at you as fast as they can ,a small amount of manner can go a long way .please teach your staff to face the person that's receiving the hot beverage and food and not be pre occupied with other staff members
